It consists of:
- large living room
- well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster as well as dishes and pots)

- room n. B (with ensuite bathroom) : 1 double bed or 2 single beds
- room n. C: 1 single bed (1 single bed can be added or 1 double bed can be prepared)

The apartment is equipped with wi-fi (free of charge), TV, hairdryer, washing machine / dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is supplied with linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen (weekly change).
On request, cot and high chair, stroller, sun umbrella and beach games can be provided.

The apartment is near the "Giardini" and "Arsenale" water bus stops and is therefore easy to reach whether you arrive by car, train or plane (direct connection from airport).

Large apartment, perfect for 3 couples, very clean, very well equipped and quiet. Very well located for visiting Venice; the vaporetto is 5 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Small drawback: the mattress in the master suite is too hard.

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. Located near the Biennale Gardens, so in a less central area but still very convenient to reach and an excellent starting point for all excursions towards the center (connected by line 1) and for the islands of Murano and Giudecca (direct connections). The apartment is equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, washer-dryer), there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room. The owner is kind and helpful. It is definitely a solution that I would recommend especially to families with children and to those who stay in the city for several days.

Spacious and roomy apartment, very clean, equipped with all the comforts in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the wonderful and cool Gardens of the Biennale, and 5 minutes by vaporetto from Piazza San Marco. Owners very kind and helpful. We will return.

The property is in a great location: 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 100 meters from the Giardini-Biennale vaporetto stop. Clean, well furnished, and very spacious, it is a perfect solution for large families or a group of friends. Recommended!

We were greeted with great kindness, availability, and seriousness. The apartment is very spacious and clean and is located in a beautiful area of Venice, about a quarter of an hour walk from St. Mark's (pleasant walk by the sea, with a great view) and near a vaporetto stop. We had pleasant days, eating out for lunch and dining at home, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen.

All very nice, new, functional and adequate. The price is fair. Perhaps due to the period, I understand and therefore no problem, maybe a few more amenities would be useful, especially for short stays: sugar, salt, oil, paper napkins. Details anyway. Really beautiful apartment even for large families.

Apartment in the Giardini-Biennale area, 5 minutes from the vaporetto stop. From the apartment, you can easily take a walk of about a quarter of an hour and reach St. Mark's Square. Within five minutes, you can find Via Garibaldi, a street with shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is brand new, well-furnished and structured, spacious and bright, with around 14 windows. Very clean and equipped with all comforts.

Too bad the maximum rating is only 10, because I would have given more. Stunning apartment, very clean, elegant having everything available just like at home, maybe even a little more, in a very quiet setting. Friendly, courteous, and helpful managers. Perfect location for any place you want to visit. There were five of us, two adults and three 11-year-old children. I recommend it to everyone. Congratulations.
