Club House, a brand-new property opened in August 2026, is located in Marina di Brondolo, close to the marina and the lagoon, just a few kilometers from Chioggia and the beach of Sottomarina. The apartments, ranging from 45 to 65 m², are air-conditioned and feature a private kitchen, private bathroom, balcony, and independent entrance. Each unit offers a sleeping area and a living room with a dining space and sofa bed, making guests feel at home even during longer stays. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and garden, along with free private parking on-site and free Wi-Fi. Just a few steps from the apartments—less than 20 meters away—is the restaurant Il Pescatore da Miki, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and aperitifs. Pets are allowed upon request.
