Wonderful, new and very bright apartment on the second and top floor in a residential building with an elevator. It is centrally located, just a few steps away from the pedestrian thermal park and the Abano Terme Clinic, but at the same time in a quiet and rejuvenating area with a pleasant view. An atmosphere of elegant serenity and tranquility.
Furnished with taste, upon opening the door there is an entrance with a wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a large livable terrace. The open space living area is complete with a sofa with a peninsula that can be converted into a double bed if needed. Then, there is access to the double bedroom with a second terrace. The bathroom has a window, a shower, a custom-made masonry sink, and a washing machine.
During the summer, the two terraces are equipped with a small table and outdoor chairs, a sun lounger, and an umbrella for relaxing outdoors. There is also a private garage and the possibility of a parking space. The area is well served by public transportation.
