Cesa da Riz is a historic residence dating back to 1780, offering expansive and captivating views of the Dolomites. This ancient farmhouse has been meticulously restored, preserving the warmth of wood and local traditions while incorporating modern amenities for a comfortable stay year-round. Maurizio, who enjoys mountain life all year round through skiing, trekking, and mountain biking, has been welcoming guests for over a decade with great care and hospitality.

The property is located in the heart of Colle Santa Lucia, at the foot of Passo Giau, in a sunlit area that provides easy access to the Ski Civetta and Ski Area Cortina facilities within minutes. Arabba and the Sellaronda are about twenty minutes away. From this location, it's easy to explore the main Dolomite passes and organize hiking or biking excursions, often with the assistance of local guides. The village still cherishes the Ladin language and culture, offering an authentic atmosphere rich in history, nature, and traditions.

The apartments are situated on the ground floor of the building, each measuring 55 square meters. They can accommodate up to four people and include a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and two additional sleeping spaces. Outside, there is a shared terrace of 80 square meters complete with a gazebo and sun loungers, perfect for the warmer months.

The Pelmo apartment stands out for its views of the valley and the mountain of the same name. The living room and bedroom are brightened by large windows overlooking the scenery. The kitchen features an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The spaces are heated by independently adjustable radiators. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Netflix, satellite TV in both the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, and an ironing set.

The Civetta apartment embraces an alpine style with wooden furnishings and red textiles, creating a cozy ambiance. It offers a stunning view of Mount Civetta and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer in the kitchen. The interiors are evenly heated, and the amenities include Wi-Fi, Netflix, two satellite TVs, a washing machine, microwave, kettle, and American coffee maker. A bed can be added to the bedroom upon request.
