The hotel was born from a renovation of a private residence of a count, surrounded by greenery and situated in a panoramic area only 1700 meters from the historical center of Lazise.

Staying with us means waking up in the morning with eyes gazing at the lake by an unsurpassed location, enjoying a special atmosphere and an unusual landscape.

Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast in the peaceful nature of many colors.

The family is synonymous with attention to detail, passion and courtesy that will make your stay more enjoyable.

We offer definitely something special in a unique environment.

In addition to the central body (Castle) we have a Guest House (80 meters from the Castle) with another 10 rooms all with lake view and balcony / garden.

Unfortunately, we were not accommodated in the main building, but in the lower adjacent building. The bathroom was tiny, the shower so narrow that you couldn't turn around. The bed is not suitable for 2 adults of normal height. The so-called pool is a plunge pool, with only 3 sun loungers for the whole Castello, a bit too few.

Guten Abend Claudia, vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel nicht genossen haben. Das Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung und weist darauf hin, dass es sich in unserem ANHANG befindet. Der Pool ist 6 x 3 m groß und verfügt über 3 große Sonnenliegen und 2 Sessel. Im Garten neben der DEPENDANCE gibt es weitere 8 große Sonnenliegen. Das Badezimmer ist normal und das Bett ist traditionell (Doppelbett 1,6 x 1,9 m). Unser 2-Sterne-Hotel ist seit 1980 familiengeführt, umgeben von viel Grün und mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. Wir waren wahrscheinlich nicht der ideale Ort für Sie.

The location is slightly outside Lazise, about 20 minutes to the center. With a view of the lake. Breakfast everything there, also fresh fruit, eggs and very good cappuccino. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money top.

Structure close to the center of Lazise, of good taste, composed of a main building and a more modern annex with windowed toilets and convenient parking, very well-kept and maintained, very clean. Family management, helpful, courteous, prepared, breakfast not too elaborate but abundant and served outside with a lake view or in a large enclosed space. From the stunning rooftop terrace you can admire sunsets, relax on comfortable seats, have a drink. There is no restaurant but an efficient delivery service and the staff will set the table for free. The pool is of modest size but very enjoyable and located in a sunny area but well shielded by greenery and relaxing, as is the park adjacent to the annex, for sunbathing or reading in the shade. Definitely Very Satisfied.

Beautiful place located on a little hill immersed in the green of olive trees, pines and blooming oleanders, accompanied by the singing of cicadas during the day and absolute silence during the night, with a view of the lake that will enchant you. Surreal and picturesque atmosphere, very helpful, kind and friendly staff. Swimming pool surrounded by greenery, internal parking. Breakfast with a wide assortment of sweet and savory, various drinks, fresh fruit, and various cold cuts. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast located in a quiet area and in an excellent location; the view from the room and terrace is wonderful. Pleasant stay and wonderful relaxation by the pool. The managers are very kind and welcoming. Also excellent breakfast served al fresco on the terrace overlooking the lake.

A magical place. My husband, I and our dog spent 4 fabulous days in the annex with garden and with a wonderful lake view. We found a room impeccable in cleanliness and an excellent breakfast. The owner and his whole team are exceptionally kind and attentive, for example, my husband is lactose intolerant and at the second breakfast, they provided him with soy milk. We will definitely come back because the place is beautiful and we felt 'pampered'. Only high ratings for you because you deserve them all. See you soon.
