Very close to the hospital. Equipped with all the comforts. New beds, you sleep very well. Quiet in a beautiful villa with a park. The owners are very helpful and nice. I highly recommend it.

Lo consiglio! Ho soggiornato qui per una settimana, appartamento comodo, con tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche non brevi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo anche per l'ottima posizione: a pochi passi all'Ospedale e vicino alla fermata del bus.

Ho soggiornato in questi giorni, a casa Valpolicella, al mio arrivo ho trovato un appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito e fornitissimo (io mi ero portata tutto da casa, per le pulizie, panni ecc), ma non mancava nulla, nessun vincolo d'orario per entrare ed uscire, comodo al centro e all'ospedale, ambiente tranquillissimo, la proprietaria Rossana gentilissima, se dovessi averne ancora bisogno ci tornerei sicuramente.

La Sig.ra Rosanna, proprietaria della struttura è gentilissima e disponibile a risolvere problematiche relative al tuo soggiorno a Negrar. La struttura è molto accogliente, curata nella pulizia, in grado di offrire servizi quasi indispensabili a chi si trova fuori casa e non per vacanze. Vi ho soggiornato circa 1 anno fà e ho prenotato anche questa volta senza pormi il problema di cercare soluzioni alternative.

Io e mia figlia di 16 anni abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in uno degli appartamenti della struttura e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La disponibilità della signora che la gestisce ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, l'appartamento e molto ben organizzato, c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare pulire ecc. È ben pulito e gli spazi comuni (es. Lavanderia e balcone) sono anch'essi ben organizzati e accoglienti. La possibilità poi di essere indipendenti negli orari di entrata e uscita e per l'organizzazione dei pasti ha reso la vacanza ancora più vacanza. Parcheggio comodo davanti al portone. La struttura si trova in posizione strategica per molti siti interessanti nella provincia di Verona. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente, speriamo presto.

Posizione ottima, vicino all'Ospedale Sacro Cuore raggiungibile a piedi, camera silenziosa e confortevole, ottimo il parcheggio antistante la struttura.
