A pleasant stay in complete autonomy for those seeking an alternative to a hotel room. Available for short or extended periods.

Great for users or operators of the nearby Sacred Heart Hospital - Don Calabria Negrar easily reached on foot within 5 minutes.

House Valpolicella also provides for bed linen, bathroom and kitchen. Cleaning and linen change.

Ideal for tourists due to the location in the heart of the Valpolicella wine-gastronomic routes, and a few minutes drive from the city of Verona (Km 12), from Lake Garda (Km 25), with its parks Gardaland, Movieland, Parco Safari Natura Viva park Sicurta. and mountains with the Verona park Waterfalls of Molina and the Natural Park of Lessinia (Km 20).

Very close to the hospital. Equipped with all the comforts. New beds, you sleep very well. Quiet in a beautiful villa with a park. The owners are very helpful and nice. I highly recommend it.

I recommend it! I stayed here for a week, comfortable apartment, with everything you need even for not short stays. Good value for money also for the excellent location: a few steps from the Hospital and close to the bus stop.

I stayed at Casa Valpolicella in these days. Upon my arrival, I found a very cozy, clean, and well-equipped apartment. I had brought everything from home for cleaning and clothes, but nothing was missing. There were no time constraints for entering and leaving. The place is convenient to the city center and the hospital, and the environment is very peaceful. The owner, Rossana, is extremely kind. If I need it again, I would definitely go back.

Mrs. Rosanna, the owner of the property, is very kind and available to solve the issues related to your stay at Casa Valpolicella. The structure is very welcoming, clean, and able to offer almost essential services to those away from home and not on vacation. I stayed here about a year ago and also booked this time without considering looking for alternative solutions.

My 16-year-old daughter and I stayed for a week in one of the apartments of the structure and we had a great time. The availability of the lady who manages it immediately put us at ease, the apartment is very well organized, there is everything needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. It is clean and the common areas (e.g. laundry and balcony) are also well organized and welcoming. The possibility of being independent in the entry and exit times and for meal organization made the holiday even more enjoyable. Convenient parking in front of the building. The structure is in a strategic position for many interesting sites in the province of Verona. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We will definitely come back, hopefully soon.

Excellent location, close to the Sacro Cuore Hospital which can be reached on foot. Quiet and comfortable room. The parking in front of the structure is great.
