Casa Vall is a completely renovated house ideal for spending your holidays just a few steps away from Lake Garda. It is located in Pacengo, only 500 meters from the beach, but with the freedom guaranteed by the covered parking space in a private courtyard. The house, approximately 90 square meters, is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is the living room, the equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. On the third floor, there is a spacious attic double bedroom with a relaxation area. The house can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 or 5 people.

The house is located in Pacengo di Lazise in the historic center of the village and only 500 meters from the harbor and the beaches. Nearby there are bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, and a tobacco shop selling newspapers.
Pacengo is about 5 km from Lazise and Peschiera, only 2 km from the major amusement parks GARDALAND and Movieland / Caneva Resort.
Just 3 km away is the Thermal Park of Garda Villa dei Cedri, and not far away are the other famous natural parks in the area, Natura Viva Zoo Safari and Parco Sigurtà.
Also nearby are other famous art cities such as Verona, 25 km away, and Mantova, 40 km away.

This was our second time staying in the holiday apartment in Pacengo. The apartment spans three floors and is very comfortably furnished for four people. Everything is new; the apartment was completely renovated about a year ago. The rooms are air-conditioned,so the sleeping climate is very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a secure carport parking space for the car. The bathing beach is only a five-minute walk away. There are also several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. At the same time,Pacengo is not overcrowded with tourists,but a pleasantly quiet place. Serena is a very friendly and attentive host. If we look for another holiday apartment at Lake Garda,this apartment will be our first choice.

The structure is brand new, well insulated from a thermal point of view, and spacious. The parking space protects from bad weather. You can reach the lake on foot in a few minutes, close to the center of Pacengo. Excellent value for money. The manager is helpful and kind. Suitable for families.

The location was perfect, right in Pacengo and still quiet. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very cozy furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and got in touch immediately. The beds were very comfortable. The price-quality ratio was excellent.
