Excellent bed and breakfast in a fantastic location. Spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Very kind and helpful manager. If I may give two suggestions: provide each room with a bottle of water; for breakfast, offer some fruit juice.

The accommodation doesn't match what is shown on the website. The room for 4 people is very narrow. There is a double bed and two cots with thin and uncomfortable mattresses. There is no space to move around in the room. The cleanliness is average. The bathroom is small but functional. Breakfast is served in the corridor as soon as the door opens and consists of 1 croissant, a slice of toast, and two rusks with 2 portions of jam each. For those used to B&Bs or hotels with buffet breakfast, it might not be satisfying. The owner, a very kind Venetian, stood out from the other islanders who were very rude and impolite. For a 3-day stay to visit the city, it can be okay if you adapt. I noticed that you need to ask for the receipt from the shopkeepers in Venice. In this case, I paid with a card but didn't receive the invoice which, in my opinion, should be issued before taking the payment.

The shared bathroom shower is too small and cannot ensure cleanliness. The blanket in the closet looks dirty so I dare not use it.

Had as usual a very pleasant stay at Casa Mima. The host was very helpful and polite. The B&B is placed in a very quiet and charming pocket close to local life in Venice. Breakfast is served with a smile and is sufficient.

Ottimo localizzazione, poi fare tutto a piedi. Le stanze sono pulite e ordinate, il proprietario molto cortese e è venuti a prenderci alla fermata fermata del vaporetto.

Volevamo visitare Venezia a Capodanno, pur sapendo dei prezzi esorbitanti ho deciso di fare una ricerca, ho trovato casa Mimma. Posizionata a Venezia, vicino a vaporetto e stazione, all'interno del sestriere Santa Croce. Un B&B semplice, struttura, camera e colazione minimalista, pulita. Se il viaggiatore vuole visitare la città, avere una camera dove dormire in posizione strategica, spendere il giusto per alloggiare, Casa Mimma è l'ideale.

Ottima struttura, a 10 minuti dalla stazione ma in un settore tranquillo e gradevolissimo del centro, a due isolati da un "bàcaro" delizioso. La camera ed il bagno erano di non comune lindore; le finiture (doppi vetri in legno, recenti) anch'esse notevoli.
Il titolare, data l'acqua alta eccezionale, mi è venuto a prendere al ponte della stazione con un paio di stivali aggiuntivi, in modo che potessi raggiungere con lui il B&B sano e salvo.
Sicuramente mi sento di consigliarlo.
NB: dato che avevo un treno prestissimo l'indomani mattina, non ho avuto il tempo di sperimentare la colazione, che naturalmente era prevista: il sistema non mi consente di indicare "Non ho potuto sperimentarla", non volendo dare un'indicazione falsata, ho preferito indicare "Non prevista" ma è prevista, eccome.

Siamo stati benissimo, la camera un po' stretta per 4 persone ma la pulizia e la struttura in rapporto al prezzo è più che buono. Grazie.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, veramente nel cuore della città.
Purtroppo, non sapevamo che le camere erano così piccole per una famiglia. Nessuno ci ha indicato che una delle camere non aveva la stanza da bagno e che dovevamo condividerla con gli altri ospiti.
Non era piacevole e confortevole per noi che avevamo prenotato per i nostri amici (famiglia con 2 ragazzi).
La colazione non è rappresentativa della colazione italiana (cappuccino... .).
Non vale 8. 5/10 e il prezzo è caro per la prestazione. Le foto sono più belle sul sito, un pò diverse dalla realtà.
