Our house is located in Zermen, a hamlet of Feltre, in a place surrounded by nature, in a panoramic and quiet position.

Casa Giovannella is a house from the early 1900s where the sounds, scents and emotions of the past echo.

The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to take long walks on foot or by bicycle in the splendid landscapes present in the area.

A short distance from our residence, guests will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge.

Our structure is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for business stays, for all those who are looking for peace and tranquility in close contact with nature away from the noise and noise of the city.

We provide our guests with rooms with different bathroom options, free wifi, a heated environment, air conditioning, free return, parking, parking space, a beautiful garden, kitchenette, a large terrace.

Cozy and new B&B. It presents itself with a large courtyard and the possibility to shelter your own vehicle. The room where we stayed was very spacious and had a terrace overlooking the courtyard and the magnificent panorama that surrounded us. The bathroom, external, was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The sweet breakfast was well provided, cake made by the owner, cookies, croissants, rusks, yogurt, jams, juices, milk, tea, herbal teas, and coffee. The kitchen also has a microwave to heat something quickly. The owner, Loreta, is very kind and makes you feel at home, very caring and hospitable.

Beautiful property, cozy and clean. Indoor parking. In the living room there is a working stove that allows you to have that warmth that envelops you as soon as you enter. Wonderful. Abundant breakfast with a choice of 3 homemade cakes. Very helpful managers, they take care of the details of the property.

We had really nice days at La Giovannella! Great surroundings by the Dolomites, really nice and abundant breakfast. The owners are really nice and caring people! La Giovannella is recommended for a nice stay in that region.

Since our arrival we found kindness, availability, and sympathy. For us, it was a short but wonderful stay. The property is very beautiful, the cleanliness impeccable. The breakfast super good and abundant. Loreta was a great host for us! Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights, with our dogs, in this really beautiful place, away from the chaos and 2 minutes from many trails suitable for everyone and immersed in nature. We felt really welcome, like being at home. The managers are extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast with fresh bread, cakes or pastries from the bakery and fresh juice was priceless. We thank you very much and will definitely return if there is an opportunity. Chiara and Mauro.
