Casa Felice is a bright 90m2 apartment with free parking. It is located in a quiet private street, close to shops and supermarkets and 30 mt. from the tram stop to Venice. Fully restored and furnished in 2018, it has 3 large rooms and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, super-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, wi-fi and a large terrace overlooking the green. Perfect accommodation for families and groups.

The space
Modern and spacious, the apartment is equipped with: oven, microwave, gas stove, gas stove with heater, large 220 Lt refrigerator, freezer, kitchen service, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, saladier, tasting glass set, decanter, glitter, mini-pimer, pizza knives, pots of pans, non-stick pans set, cutting knives, 3 and 6 mackeripes, American coffee maker, coffee maker, crater, cutting board, 4 bars, coffee, sugar, sugar, salt, washer-dryer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, bathtens and detergents, full set for me towels, washing machine and kitchen, hair dryer and courtesy dryer, and space, air conditioning, heating, armor, 42"towels, HD towels and Wi-Fi, remote control.

The apartment is also equipped with a set of sheets, bedspreads and blankets, complete set of bath towels, 80x100 shower with thermostatic mixer, bathroom accessories, hairdryer, shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, scale, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, emergency light, mosquito nets in each room (in the residence a scheduled disinfestation is regularly carried out), coffee table and chairs on the terrace for guests who want to smoke a cigarette in peace.

I provide a cot and high chair upon request.

The house is located on a private closed street, bordered by an access bar, in a quiet residential area, comfortable for amenities and surrounded by greenery, just 5 minutes by car from "Marco Polo" airport and 20 minutes by tram from Venice historic center.

The accommodation is in a strategic position to visit the cities of Venice, Padua, Treviso, the beaches of Jesolo, Eraclea, Caorle and Bibione.

HOUSE RULES
Animals are not allowed
Smoking and organizing parties or events is not permitted
Check-in time is between 3: 00 pm and 8: 00 pm, while check-out time is by 10: 00 am
- Smoking is permitted only on the terrace where you will find the ashtray.

- You must respect the silence time from 11pm to 8am
- Check in time from 3pm to 8pm.

- After 8. 00 pm until 10. 30 pm check-in is carried out only following prior agreement and with a charge of €45 to be paid in cash at check-in; from 10. 30pm to 1am the charge is €95. Check-in after 1. 00 am is not permitted.

- Check-out by 10: 00 am.

- The tourist tax here in Venice is €4. 00 per person/night, to be paid in cash at check-in. I kindly ask you for a valid document (identity card or passport) when you arrive at the apartment.

- In case of loss of the house keys including the Veritas key, the guest is required to pay the sum of €100 to the host upon check-out.

- Security deposit: if you break something, you can be charged up to €250
- Final cleaning costs are €65 to be paid in cash at check-in.

-For groups of less than 6 people, access to one or more bedrooms may be limited, based on the number of guests.

- Turn off A/C and lights, doors and windows when you go out, do not spill liquids on the floor.
