Newly renovated apartment with swimming pool, located between Lazise and Peschiera del Garda. The apartment is very close to Gardaland.
Finely furnished with every comfort very close to Gardaland, the beach (Lido Ronchi), the Famila supermarket and the "Pederzoli" hospital in Peschiera del Garda.
Safe indoor bike (bike) place.
Ideal for families.
The house consists of: a spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa that converts into a bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower to relax, a kitchen with the essentials to be able to prepare lunches and dinners in full autonomy, with a nice TV and an atro comfortable sofa that turns into a bed, to conclude a terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy a beautiful glimpse of the lake with its beautiful sunsets.
Free parking space inside the private road with bar, if you are a bike enthusiast you can park it safely inside the garage.

- proximity to cycle paths
- the possibility to reach the beach and the lakeside promenade which is only 400 meters away without even having to cross the road
- proximity to the main tourist destinations.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento nuovissimo a due passi da Gardaland molto comodo per visitare tutte le bellissime zone del lago vicine. Lo consiglio.
