Description
The is situated in a spacious mezzanine flat of an entirely renewed duplex with garden, first built in the thirties.

The flat is composed by one double bed bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed or three single beds and bathroom, one spacious livingroom with one double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden.

Located near the center, which can be reached in ten minutes by bus, the B&B is very close to the trade fair and to the hospital, which can be reached respectively in five and ten minutes by foot.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Eccellente appartamento luminoso, ben arredato con tutti gli optional necessari. In zona Fiera e Policlinico raggiungibile dal centro con mezzi pubblici o bicicletta fornita dal B&B nel quale soggiornavo. Camere spaziose con bagni personali e un'ampia zona giorno con un giardino interno ben curato anche se era inverno. Deliziosa proprietaria disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente.
