The only positive point is the proximity to the beach. Otherwise, the experience was disappointing in every respect. It felt like management was oriented solely toward profit, with no interest in making the accommodation pleasant and comfortable. It is a studio of only 20 sqm (with a bathroom without a bidet) in decidedly obsolete condition, located on the second floor without an elevator. Misleading description: Via WhatsApp I was promised a "large terrace", while in reality there was a tiny balcony of just over one meter. I asked for a 50 euro discount, but only the tourist tax of 22 euros was waived, and they still collected the full agreed amount. Air conditioning and noise: The air conditioning listed in the description turned out to be only a small portable unit, extremely noisy and ineffective. Services and amenities: The washing machine is not inside the apartment (you have to leave the building) and this was not communicated to me. There is only one power outlet in the entire apartment and the provided cookware is old (the non-stick pan in the center had its coating completely worn off, clearly harmful). I had to buy one myself. General cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Constant noise: The apartment is located above a car repair shop, with work noise from the early morning. In the evening and at night the music from the beach clubs (such as the Sand) continues until 3 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. An obsolete, uncomfortable place with no care for guests. Strongly not recommended.
