Beschreibung

Ca' Zerbetto is a recently built farmhouse located on the moraine hills of Lake Garda.

It offers twelve rooms with bathrooms, each with their own personality.

There are three ground floor rooms, two of which have a private terrace, and nine on the first floor with a small balcony.

The infinity pool is surrounded by greenery and offers a spectacular view of the lake.

The farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves characteristic of our country.

The unique furnishings, warm hospitality, and tranquility of the countryside create the unique atmosphere of Ca' Zerbetto.

Following in the footsteps of the family farm, it is managed by the family's daughters.

The farmhouse is located on the hills of Lake Garda in Bardolino and can be reached by those coming from the north via the Brennero A22 motorway, exiting at Affi towards Albarè di Costermano. For those coming from other directions, it can be reached via the A4 motorway, exiting at Peschiera del Garda.

Great accommodation, fantastic view from the pool, surrounded by olive trees. Delicious breakfast - unfortunately only possible indoors. Bikes could be parked outside and locked to the fence. Great bike paths - both regular and MTB.

Really great, super clean and modern accommodation to feel comfortable. The location above the lake is fantastic, the pool unique and the breakfast a poem. The hostess and her family take care of the guests very lovingly. We and our children really enjoyed it. We will come back :-).

A very beautiful accommodation in a dreamlike setting. :) The room was always cleaned very thoroughly. The beds are pleasantly firm and very good for sleeping. Even the mosquitoes feel quite comfortable here.

New and meticulously cared for structure with furnishings and materials suitable for the environment. Fantastic location. Relaxation and tranquility despite being very close to lively Bardolino. Excellent choice the pool from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake. Courtesy and availability of the owners and an extra point for accepting our small 4-legged friends. A truly fantastic weekend, to be repeated.

Beautiful and brand new accommodation, situated idyllically among the vineyards above Bardolino. It takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the city center. Great, modern rooms and a large pool with a direct view of Lake Garda. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommended, we will come back soon.

I booked last minute for Ferragosto. From the phone call, the girl I spoke with made an excellent impression, very kind and helpful, so we decided to book. Once we arrived, we were speechless, stunning place, exceptional view of the lake, very beautiful and large pool, but once we entered the rooms, they left us speechless, beautiful in every detail, cleanliness and top furnishings, every corner has something special and beautiful. The owners are very kind and help you with everything you ask for, they even organized an aperitif on Ferragosto... What can I say? Highly recommended and we will gladly come back, we really like Lake Garda, in recent years we have stayed in several agriturismos/B&Bs but this is absolutely the best of all and the photos on this site do not do justice to the real beauty of the place! It's all much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos!
