Completely rebuilt in 2005, it is accurately furnished with colours and antique old style designs, offering all modern comforts such as air conditioning, minibar, direct telephone, Wi-Fi connection in all rooms, satellite television, safety boxes and a large terrace for morning buffet breakfast in the summer season.

During the beautiful season, breakfast is served on the terrace and consists of all the main hot drinks, fresh fruit juices, a wide selection of freshly baked pastries every morning, different types of fresh bread for all tastes, various cold cuts and cheese.

The 'Ca' San Rocco' property is conveniently located, the breakfast terrace is splendid, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms need to be updated in terms of decor and bedding.
