Very nice place, near 3 different water bus stations, and across the waterway from St. Marks. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to your needs and questions. The rooms are nicely decorated but the beds were a bit firm. Very nice place, very nice people, stay here if you can!

Cà del Brocchi is a nice, small bed and breakfast in the Dorsoduro Sestiere of Venice, close to the church Santa Maria della Salute and the Galleria della Accademia. This is an excellent and quiet location to explore many important historic sites in Venice by foot. Our room was big enough for two people and luggage, but not exceptionally spacious. The bathroom was in good working order and clean. The breakfast was prepared by a friendly lady who had different things to offer on request, like bread, jam, croissant, coffee and water. There was no (or only little) buffet. The breakfast was sufficient to start the day but could be improved by having some items available as self service for the guests like some fruit, coffee, orange juice etc. When we arrived, we had to call the manager by phone and he arrived after a short (few minutes) waiting time. He welcomed us to the property and explained everything well in English. In the evening the front door was always closed and we felt safe in this place.

Beautiful style and feel. In walking distance to the Waterbus stops or anything on foot if you are comfortable walking. Really helped my partner and I create great memories.

We simply loved how cozy, beautiful, and close to everything this B&B was, yet it was away from the noise and tourist traffic. I loved waking up to church bell and bird sounds. One small flaw - tiny bathstall with no shelf to put toiletries on, but not a deal breaker for us at all. Short easy walk to vaporetto stop, and nice neighborhood just to enjoy and relax, with quality restaurants nearby.

Optimal location just 15 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and about half an hour walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop. Quiet place for a small but well-equipped structure. The room was clean, in Venetian style, and very quiet; clean and new linens. The bathroom, although windowless, was equipped with everything, automatic fan, heated towel rail, and practically new sanitary ware. The room heating was autonomous, with hot air on the ceiling, self-regulating. TV and minibar, if needed. The breakfast was good, not a wide selection but more than acceptable and certainly wider than what each of us could have at home. The only small flaw perhaps the slightly small size of the room, but for 2 nights it was more than enough. Extremely helpful staff also in providing information about the city. Highly recommended especially for couples who want a relaxing weekend like my husband and me.
