Our guests will stay in a privately-owned apartment with a separate entrance for complete independence. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with a bathroom. There is private parking available in the courtyard. We provide a free crib for your child. Nearby, you can find a beautiful playground. Check-in is from 7:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

In a peaceful area of Valpolicella, there is a small apartment that serves as an excellent starting point for all types of excursions.

It is approximately 10 km away from the city of Verona and 25 km from Lake Garda. It takes about 30 km to reach Gardaland, a large amusement park.

Mantova is only 40 km away, and Venice is a 1.5-hour drive away, but it is also easily accessible by train from Verona station.

There are many mountain areas that can be reached in a day.

The Negrar hospital is approximately 6 km away, and the Borgo Trento hospital is 10 km away.

Of course, coming by train (which was not our case) may not be very convenient but it is doable and it is worth it anyway. In other cases, Verona is very convenient, as are all the surrounding villages (where you can eat and drink well at generally very honest prices); the Lake Garda, Monte Baldo, and adventure parks are also convenient, the Valpolicella is entirely to be discovered and Mantua and Trentino are not far away. By foot and running, you can go to many places. My wife and I felt at home and Barbara was wonderful; she even left the fridge full for breakfast and some basic condiments and food. The house is very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Just outside the house, you are in the green of the fields and vineyards in total relaxation. Barbara is also efficient, very kind, and discreet, and her husband is also very helpful. For walking and running (I am a bit obsessed), it is ideal. Highly recommended and for us, we will return as soon as possible.

My boyfriend and I had a great time. The apartment is very nice and the landlady was super helpful in welcoming us at the time that was most convenient for us. She also left us a lot of things for breakfast even though this was indicated as not included in the price. The structure can be easily reached in about twenty minutes from Verona. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and thank the owner for the hospitality.

Excellent in everything. We met Barbara for the key delivery and for the information regarding the use of the apartment, very courteous and discreet. We were very happy and completely satisfied. We also found products for a more than abundant breakfast, covered parking space, good price. In short, we will return.

Fabulous experience! We found the 'Ca' Cengia' clean and very well-equipped, even with breakfast food! Quiet and strategic area to move around the Valpolicella area, the city, and the lake. We were welcomed wonderfully.

We stayed about 3 years ago at 'Ca' Cengia' (the dates are therefore invented, because you can't go back that far). I wanted to leave a review because we had a great time, the property is very well maintained and there is impeccable cleanliness. Recommended for those who want to escape from the city. We hope to be able to return. Thank you.
