Each morning, you'll find a tempting spread laid out on the counter, including freshly baked homemade cakes, cookies, a selection of cereals and muesli, various types of bread and toast, a range of jams, and fresh organic eggs ready for you to prepare as you like.

In the fridge, you'll find chilled juices, milk, a cheese platter, a plate of local cold cuts, and yoghurt. Fresh fruit is always on the table.

For your morning brew, coffee and tea are self-service, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace. We provide a kettle for tea, a French press for rich coffee, a traditional Italian moka pot for a strong espresso-style coffee, and a filter coffee machine for a classic cup.

Beautiful and very clean property. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Unlike other B&Bs, towels are not changed and beds are not made unless you pay an extra fee, even though the website indicates a final cleaning supplement to be paid, which is usually applied to apartments and not to B&Bs. All of this is outweighed by a beautiful environment with comfortable and outstanding rooms. The self-service breakfast is fine, but I would suggest adding some indications of where things are located and adding a capsule coffee machine, which is more convenient than a moka.

We were greeted warmly. The accommodation is clean, spacious and only a 5-minute drive from Lazise. The garden and the garden furniture can be used. Bubamara is recommended.

Unfortunately, you had to make your own breakfast. I actually wanted to do nothing. In that case I could have booked a holiday apartment. Otherwise everything was great.

The accommodation is just a few minutes by car from the center of Lazise. Quietly located and in the middle of greenery. The rooms are modernly furnished and very clean. The breakfast with local products was very tasty. The hostess Silvia is very friendly and always available. It was a nice stay and we would love to come back!

The structure is a few minutes by car from the center of Lazise, practically immersed in the countryside. Great for those who want a vacation focused on relaxation. The only negative aspect is the road to reach the structure, which is unpaved and very dark. Aside from this, we found ourselves very well. The structure is practically new and well-furnished, with attention to the environment and sustainable tourism. Our room, in the attic, was very spacious, with a large bathroom furnished with taste. Highly recommended.
