Centrally located and affordable B&B with clean and quiet rooms, offers kitchen facilities, washing machine, private garden, internet connection, air-conditioning, bikes, parking and friendly, helpful hosts.
We are located halfway between Villa Capra (La Rotonda) and Piazza dei Signori (900m) at the foot of Monte Berico with Villa Valmarana just behind our house and the train station a 10 minute walk from the B&B.
All rates are final and inclusive of tourism tax (€2/person/night), parking and transportation to and from the train station etc.

Bob and Jenny's B&B was the first in downtown Vicenza. They got the idea of opening a bed and breakfast in Vicenza in 2002 after extensive travels in Asia, Europe and America. Bob is from New Jersey and has been living in Italy for over 38 years, sleeping outdoors in a sleeping bag for 2 months after first arriving in Vicenza back in 1980. He is fluent in Italian and has traveled all over Italy thru the years and enjoys having guests to show around.
Jenny comes from Thailand and is fluent in both English and Italian. She enjoys cooking Thai food for guests, and both teaches and performs massage at home. Bob is a musician and plays the piano downtown at local clubs. He and Jenny live right in the building where they have the B&B. Together they enjoy hosting guests and introducing them to Vicenza and Italian culture.

Ottima posizione per chi ama passeggiare! Sistemazione dotata di tutto ciò che può essere necessario per un breve soggiorno. Bob è un proprietario assolutamente ospitale, gentilissimo e disponibile anche per due chiacchiere davanti ad un buon bicchiere! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo il B&B.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la struttura sorge in mezzo alla natura, circondata da un lato dal giardino curato nei minimi dettagli che offre un meraviglioso panorama del monte berico e dall'altro lo scorrere del fiume altrettanto suggestivo, aggiungendo poi la grande cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario, Bob, e la vicinanza al centro. Sono stata molto bene in questo B&B. Bob e Jenny sono ottimi padroni di casa, sempre gentili e pronti ad aiutare.
La struttura benché un po' decentrata e ben collegata con il centro cittadino tramite una pista ciclopedonale.
La struttura è molto ben tenuta e molto pulita. Ottimo collegamento internet.

Il B&B di Bob e Jenny è un’ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Vicenza. È dotato di un parcheggio gratuito non lontano dall’abitazione. Le camere sono confortevoli, pulite e con aria condizionata. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Vicenza ed è comodissimo per visitare Villa Valmarana, la Rotonda e il santuario di monte Berico.
C’è una cucina fornita di tutto per prepararsi la colazione.
Il proprietario è gentile, disponibile e accogliente: ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, inoltre ci ha dato molte indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare in città.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob and Jenny's. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the train station.
Our bedroom was spacious, quiet, overlooked the garden and had air conditioning. We also had a separate bathroom for sole use. The kitchen is functional, but I would have liked a microwave as there is no oven.
There is a large supermarket and restaurants nearby. Although we did not get to meet Bob and Jenny, we communicated via WhatsApp.

Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und bietet dennoch ruhige Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Nur das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.

Siamo arrivati in treno a Vicenza e Bob é stato gentilissimo a venirci a prendere alla stazione in auto e si é offerto di riaccompagnarci il giorno della partenza. Il centro di Vicenza si raggiunge facilmente a piedi così come la Basilica sul Monte Berico. Un bel weekend di sport (ho partecipato all'ultrabericus) e di relax.

The proximity to downtown and historic landmarks are within walking distance. Restaurants were nearby, there are walking and bike trails outside the gated garden. Bob is a great host; we enjoyed our stay in Vicenza, now we are off to Florence. Ciao!

Bob è stato un padrone di casa eccellente: preciso, puntuale e simpatico.
Non ci ha lesinato consigli e itinerari da seguire, accompagnato dal regalo di una bottiglia di vino locale.
La posizione della casa, poi, affacciata sulla pista ciclabile che porta in città, è comodissima!

Ottimo B&B, pulito, silenzioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Dista solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Vicenza ed è circondato da ville da visitare, pizzerie, bar, locali e supermercato. Da sottolineare la disponibilità e accoglienza di Bob & Jenny, veramente molto gentili, simpatici e sempre sorridenti. Decisamente consigliato!

L'Accoglienza di Bob è stata amichevole e rispettosa, praticamente un amico che non sapevi di avere.
Il B&B pulito, a 10 minuti a piedi (pista pedonale/ciclabile) dal centro storico di Vicenza, e 10 minuti a piedi da Villa ai Nani e altri 5/10 minuti da Villa Rotonda.

We were delighted with Bob & Jenny's B&B! This was our 1st visit to the Veneto and Vicenza, and Bob & Jenny were wonderful hosts during our stay. Bob was responsive and helpful during the booking process and was a wealth of information about the region. We noticed that Bob & Jenny had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our unit was spotless, parking was easy and the unit is only a short walk from shops, restaurants and the beautiful centre of Vicenza. A lovely touch to our stay was to hear Bob playing some of his own compositions on his piano - very talented! We hope to return to Vicenza and will be sure to be looking to Bob & Jenny's place for our next visit.

Breakfast food was left in the fridge, so in a way, breakfast is provided. The apartment had everything you would need, including organic olive oil for cooking, milk, orange juice, yogurt, and more in the fridge, and a big supermarket is close by. Bob was very helpful. We chose the property because it is close to villa Malvarana and La Rotunda, but it is not a far walk to the train station and the city center.

Posizione fantastica e gestori fuori dal comune per simpatia, disponibilità e gentilezza.
Struttura pulitissima, accogliente e accessoriata con ogni elettrodomestico utile.
Un bel giardino nel quale si può mangiare o anche solo rilassarsi, il tutto immerso nella natura a due passi dal centro città.
Un ottimo ricordo.

This B&B was just what I wanted. It was spacious, tastefully equipped and decorated. My room had a walk-out onto a terrace with good views. The hosts were most helpful in many ways. I would certainly go back there and recommend highly.

This was ideal for us. The room was spacious comfortable and quite; the location as near to the centre as we could find; parking was made available for us; the access to kitchen facilities was just what we like, although we chose to eat out during the day and evening we could easily supplement the continental breakfast that was provided. The apples were yummy.
Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and the terrace overlooking the garden a peaceful spot to enjoy breakfast al fresco.

Esperienza sicuramente positiva! L'appartamento, che abbiamo utilizzato in interezza è nuovo e molto confortevole, con una bella vista sul giardino. Inoltre è a pochi passi dal centro di Vicenza. La casa è ben arredata, con cucina, e molto pulita e si trova a una decina di minuti al massimo di camminata tranquilla dal centro. I gestori sono molto simpatici e premurosi, e danno informazioni utili per la visita della città. Al mattino colazione ricca.

Je recommande pour ceux qui préfèrent un contact personnel avec les habitants. C'est aussi une bonne option pour rayonner dans la région. Le contact avec le propriétaire est excellent et son hébergement nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos journées intenses de tourisme.
