In a recently restored 15th century building, we offer rooms furnished with contemporary style and taste, designer lights, extremely comfortable mattresses and different types of pillows; each room has a private bathroom and is equipped with Smart TV with cable channels and a choice of thousands of films and programs in all languages, air conditioning, safe, and high speed wi-fi with repeater in the room for an excellent connection. The floors are in natural oak, and the ceilings with exposed beams. Some rooms are real suites and offer a living area with kitchen, others an exclusive terrace of twenty square meters with outdoor furniture to enjoy an aperitif or an outdoor breakfast, or to enjoy the coolness of a summer evening immersed in an atmosphere of incredible charm.

To be honest, what surprised me a little was your score regarding value for money. Although eight is a good rating, I must admit I was expecting something higher. I checked, and the price you paid, thanks to a special promotion, is usually the kind of price one would pay at a campsite in low season...not in Venice at 3 minutes walking from Rialto bridge... We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, and it’s only about 5 minutes to the Grand Canal. There are plenty of nice restaurants and small shops right on the same street. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely recommend this place and have found our go-to spot for future visits!

Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by an employee, shortly after the host arrived. The accommodation is central, near the Rialto Bridge. The double room assigned to us on the first floor was larger than expected, really nicely furnished, with a high-quality mattress and a super comfortable neck pillow. Everything was very clean. The house is thin-walled, but most places in Venice will be. If one is a guest.

Great structure with a private bathroom and a central location. Impeccable cleanliness, renovated and well-functioning environments, plus for the bathroom with a new shower. There is an independent terrace with a view of the field. Extraordinary welcome upon arrival, especially from Mr. Giovanni.

Excellent place to stay in Venice. We only stayed one night but we wished we could stay longer. Everything was very clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed, air conditioning and the hotel is very nice. You can tell the attention to detail and quality. We will definitely come back.

The room is simple but everything was very clean, plus they had the nice gesture of leaving in the room a coffee maker and a kettle, as well as coffee, some muffins, infusions... Thank you very much!! It is very well located. The only thing to improve would be the sofa bed which was not very comfortable. If I were to return to Venice, I would repeat this accommodation.

So sad that we weren't able to stay longer. This was a perfect b&b, great location, responsive hosts, so clean! We will definitely be back. We had to leave very early hence not being able to have the breakfast, which I'm sure would have been 10/10.

The room was small but well maintained and clean. Luca and his collaborators were very helpful and gave me useful advice to make the most of this stay. They were able to manage unforeseen events that were not dependent on them. Being a historic building, the soundproofing is not optimal, but if the other guests are respectful, this does not pose a problem. Excellent location, all points of interest can be reached in a few minutes. I recommend it.

The rooms in the pictures are very nice, but we had a very dark room and not really like that. I would have liked to know what I'm getting when I paid online. The location is very good though, close to everything.
