Description
Bed and Breakfast Venice" is located in "San Stae" area near the "San Stae" water bus stop (no Bridge to cross..) and we are 12' distance walk from Rialto Bridge.

"Bed and Breakfast Venice" is a typical Venetian house built in the mid 1800’s but completely remodeled in 2010.

All the rooms are only no-smoking and totally independent, all have Private Shower/bathrooms in the room, Private Heating and Cooling System, Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Hair Dryer, Sheets, Towels including.

> Although breakfast will not be served, Free tea and coffee soluble will be provided (any time self service in the room) and we are glad to offer you juice as "welcome".

How to reach us
From the airport take the regular bus for Venice and stop at Piazzale Roma: than get in pubblic boat “vaporetto” Line 1 in direction to San Stae
From the railway station, Santa Lucia station, take “vaporetto” (boat) line number 1 and stop at San Stae.

The meeting with the owner is usually arranged following the phone call at the moment of the arrival in Venice.

Distance from San Marco Square: 25 minutes on foot
Distance from Raylway Station: 08 minutes on foot

This is a typical 16th-century house in Venice that was completely renovated in 2010. It is located in the peaceful streets of San Stae and only 10 minutes away from Rialto, one of the most important sites in Venice and a popular meeting spot for locals in the evening.

It is conveniently located near the San Stae public boat stop, which means you don't need to cross any bridges to reach us.

To get here:
- From the airport, take the shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma in Venice and then take public boat line 1 to San Stae.
- From the train station, take public boat line 1 to San Stae. We usually arrange to meet guests upon arrival in Venice with a prior phone call.

The property is in a nice area, very close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop. Nice bars, cafes, and markets nearby. The manager is kind and helpful. The B&B Venice is in a historic building. The decor is simple but quite well-kept. Excellent value for money. I would go back.

Buona struttura in ottima posizione vicino ad un passo dalla fermata del vaporetto. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti ed avremmo gradito il cambio degli asciugamani che non c'è stato ma siamo cmq soddisfatti. Da consigliare.

B&B accogliente, in una zona tranquilla, con davanti la laguna, i giardini e la fermata del vaporetto. La struttura è molto pulita e graziosa. Il gestore disponibile e gentile.

Consiglio vivamente, ad un passo dalla fermata del traghetto, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma centrale, non tanto distante dalla stazione dei treni (noi abbiamo fatto il tragitto a piedi sia all'arrivo che alla partenza), la stanza era pulita e spaziosa, ci siamo trovati benissimo, vi era in stanza una cartina della città e dei prodotti da bagno, gentilissimo il proprietario.

Si, grâce à son emplacement ce logement présente des qualités, il est au rez de chaussée d'une ruelle très étroite. Il est donc très sombre et humide. Très mal insonorisé il nous a permis d'entendre un chien aboyer toute une nuit relayé par les pleurs d'un enfant. L'aménagement, plus que succinct, voir insuffisant, est de qualité très médiocre: une seule étagère disponible les autres sont occupées par les dessus de lit, oreillers et matériel de nettoyage. L'accueil a été expéditif, le propriétaire n'attendait visiblement qu'une chose: l'assurance que la totalité de la location serait payée aussitot en liquide. Le minimum n'est même pas assuré: pas de renouvellement de papier toilette par exemple..Quand au service après vente… Il est inexistant puisque le propriétaire ne juge pas utile de répondre au mail qui lui est envoyé. Heureusement il a fait beau temps.

Posizione perfetta e ben servita. Nuovo, pulito e ordinato. Proprietario molto gentile e molto disponibile ad ascoltare le nostre esigenze. Colazione non prevista dal B&B ma segnalato alla prenotazione. Peccato. Avrei dato un 10. Forse un pochino caro in rapporto al servizio avuto.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato due notti in una camera matrimoniale di questo bed&breakfast. Nicola è stato fin da subito gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolti tempestivamente dandoci qualsiasi tipo di informazione utile, consigliandoci inoltre un itinerario adeguato per vedere il più possibile la città in due giorni. Una bella camera, calda (anche durante fredde giornate di fine inverno) ed accogliente. Con un bagno completo anche se minuscolo. Vicinissimo al vaporetto di San Stae ed al ponte di Rialto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato collaborativo. Peccato l'assenza del televisore che, essendo una coppia anziana, avremmo gradito.
