Surrounded by the green hills of the Agno Valley, the Bed and Breakfast “San Nicolò” offers the perfect combination of quiet country life and exclusive comforts.
The residence of the Rubega family was built at the beginning of 1990s following the principles of the old farmhouses of the Veneto: its particular horseshoe structure offers to its guests a splendid and partially covered terrace from which they can admire the panorama of the valley below; the kitchen/dining room and the living room are wide, full of light and both with a fireplace.
Two rooms are available:
- Camilla: on the first floor, offers 3 bed spaces (1 double + 1 single or 3 singles), bathroom with shower, sitting room with wide window overlooking the terrace, and TV.
- Carlotta: on the second floor, offers 2 single bed spaces, bathroom with shower, and TV.
The guests of the B&B San Nicolò can enjoy the exclusive outdoor swimming pool and relax in the wide park (10. 000 square meters) surrounding the villa; the B&B can also be a strategic starting point for nice walking trips or bike rides in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The antique Villa Marzotto-Trissino is only a few minutes’ walk from the B&B.
From the B&B San Nicolò the guests can reach the following destinations by car:
-15 minutes: restaurants and farmhouses where they can taste and buy typical products of Vicenza; the Castles of Romeo and Juliet and the Villa Cordellina Lombardi with frescos of Tiepolo (Montecchio Maggiore); Arzignano and its pleasant historic centre;
-30 minutes: Vicenza (city of Palladio), Padova, Recoaro Terme and the Piccole Dolomiti that offer the possibility of trekking at various levels of difficulty; the Palladio villas, Thiene, Schio with its routes of industrial archaeology, and Marostica, site of the famous living chess game;
-1 hour: Venetia, Verona, the Lake of Garda, Gardaland and the fun parks of the Garda, Asiago, and Bassano del Grappa.
-More than 1 hour: Treviso, Brescia, Bergamo, Milano, and the seaside resorts of Veneto (Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle, Chioggia).

We call ourselves Mary and Gianni, and we are the owners of the B&B San Nicolò.
We built our house in the early 90s, following the criteria of the rural style of Veneto, with a touch of originality on our part: the result is a very spacious and welcoming home, with an original but always functional furniture, in a cheerful environment and family.
What about us? We decided to undertake this activity driven by the desire to meet new people and make new experiences; over the years we have traveled a lot and therefore we know how important it is to feel a little at home during a trip, be it for pleasure or for work!
Mary deals mainly with the care of the home: passionate about decor, has made the rooms and common areas special and comfortable, beautiful to the eye and equipped with every comfort for guests. It is always available, ready to help you in case of unexpected events and always ready to exchange a chat with guests.
Gianni prefers the garden: the result is a park with many different species of plants and flowers, very spectacular especially in spring; its more artistic character is also evident in the numerous pieces of furniture that he has built with his own hands; the hobby of carpentry has been with him for years and this helps to make the environment even more original.
We have been married for 47 years, we have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren, and we have learned to face the challenges of life with a smile; both very active, to keep us company there are also our 2 dogs and cats, actually members of the family.
If you want to come to know you will not be disappointed, at the B&B San Nicolò you can breathe a family atmosphere and lots of fun.

La struttura è bellissima immersa nel verde tranquillità per chi vuole rilassarsi dalle città, l'ospitalità
dei proprietari è fantastica come se ti ospitassero a casa propria mettendoti a tuo agio, cordiali e
simpatici. Vi consiglio di andarci come posizione eccezionale, possibilità di andare verso il lago di Garda, Bassano del Grappa e Vicenza e ci sono le Dolomiti molto vicini. Se potrò vi tornerò sicuramente quest'estate, sfruttando anche la bellissima piscina.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura, purtroppo, solo per una notte ma abbiamo usufruito appieno d'ogni servizio, piscina grandissima, Wifi gratuito, colazione generosa.
L'ospitalità e cortesia dei padroni di casa ti accompagna durante la permanenza come la vivacità di Napoleone e Anastasia uno dei tanti cani e gatti amici del B&B e poi tartarughe pesciolini un immenso giardino in un paese da favola ricco d opere architettoniche di indubbia notorietà. Splendida Trissino, non vediamo l'ora di potervi soggiornare nuovamente.
