Description

BB Happy Days is a cozy and comfortable place in a small and peaceful town close to Asiago, away from traffic and confusion. HappyDays will welcome you with a modern comforts and providing you a quality experience at a reasonable price.

OUR ROOMS

Our B&B features three large rooms with independent access.

Every room has its own style and layout. All of them are spacious and sunny and decorated with warm colors. Every room has toilet and shower (with its own window) and a TV set.

Room cleaning, bed linen and towels are provided on a daily basis.

BREAKFAST

Every guest at HappyDays has access to the breakfast buffet which includes fruit jams, yogurt, fresh sliced bread, toasted bread, fruit juices, cereals, honey and fresh fruit. Coffee, Cappuccino, latte, tea and hot chocolate are brewed at the moment.

HappyDays offers various kind of services to its guests:

Inside area: breakfast room, tavern with hearth, TV 24"room, ski and bike storage.

Outside area: private parking lot, private garden (7000 square meters) with gazebo, table and chairs, barbecue, sunroof with lawn chairs and various fruit trees.

The following are the amenities that can be found in the area:
– soccer and tennis courts
– swimming pool (covered and heated)
– 18 holes golf court (with practice area)
– horse-riding school
– clay-target shooting
– astronomical observatory
– ice skate park

We also have a separate apartment that can be rented for summer and winter holidays. It is walking-distance from the B&B and it has beds for four people.

Roomy and sunny (100 square meters), it has two rooms, kitchen, dining room, toilet and shower with its own window, terrace, private parking lot and a large garden shared with the B&B guests.

We have agreements with many restaurants, pizzerie and Spa located in the area that can offer you a discounted price.

Mezzaselva, one of the six districts of Roana, is a small tourist center located on the sunny west side of the Altopiano dei 7 Comuni near Val d'Assa. Its enviable position, just 8 km from the center of Asiago and 10 minutes from the Campolongo cross-country ski slopes and Monte Verena downhill ski slopes, makes it an ideal destination for both summer and winter stays, where numerous activities such as mountain biking, skiing, hiking, walks, and more can be enjoyed.

FUN FACTS

On Monte Verena, there are the remains of the fort from which the first cannon shot was fired at dawn on May 24th, 1915, marking Italy's entry into World War I.

In Val d'Assa, there are numerous prehistoric rock carvings that can only be visited with a guide.

In the nearby Rotzo countryside, there is BOSTEL, an archaeological site of the first human settlement in the Asiago Plateau.

Rarely has the stay in a Bed & Breakfast been so pleasant. Christian and his mother, Mrs. Bruna, are long-time managers, very efficient, attentive to every detail, and always present to meet the guests' requests. Added to this is the factor of friendliness which, along with kindness, was greatly appreciated. Christian recommended the mountain excursions that were most suitable for us and several places of interest to visit. Breakfast then became a real daily ritual: next to the rich sweet/savory buffet, Mrs. Bruna prepared exquisite cakes for us every day, forest fruits, and fresh fruit salads. Happy Days is definitely an excellence for those choosing Mezzaselva di Roana as a quiet location surrounded by the beauties of the Plateau, and a point of reference in the Bed & Breakfast sector.

Great hospitality from Christian, who responded to all our doubts and needs in a discreet yet familiar manner. Well-structured accommodation, clean room and bathroom, and abundant breakfast. My husband and I stayed at this B&B for a weekend and despite booking a double room, we were assigned a spacious and very cute attic quadruple room. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the kindness and discretion of the owners. Varied breakfast with homemade cakes. We will come back!

Availability and kindness are the main qualities of the management; breakfasts are excellent, abundant, and full of pleasant surprises; cleanliness is accurate. The B&B is located in the Mezzaselva area, which is 7 minutes away from the center of Asiago. The property is very simple, quiet, and delightful; the owners are very kind and always available. Our room was spacious, very clean, and warm. The breakfast is also very rich with the possibility of having any type of hot drink prepared directly by the owners. A very pleasant place, I recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful stay experience is not enough to describe all the qualities of hospitality, cleanliness, and understated elegance. Arriving in the evening in the room and opening the door of the structure and being greeted by a scent of homemade cakes then brings back moving childhood memories. The abundance and variety also of the breakfast is equal, if not superior, to that of the best hotels, and if it is also accompanied by the kindness and empathy of the managers, it is clear that 'excellence' is the only comment that can be made.

It is truly a beautiful dwelling, well-kept and rich in history. My partner and I had a wonderful time and we will definitely return with friends in February for the Light Flakes event and for some nice skiing. If you want a safe weekend, choose Happy Days.
