BB Happy Days is a cozy and comfortable place in a small and peaceful town close to Asiago, away from traffic and confusion. HappyDays will welcome you with a modern comforts and providing you a quality experience at a reasonable price.
OUR ROOMS
Our B&B features three large rooms with independent access.
Every room has its own style and layout. All of them are spacious and sunny and decorated with warm colors. Every room has toilet and shower (with its own window) and a TV set.
Room cleaning, bed linen and towels are provided on a daily basis.
BREAKFAST
Every guest at HappyDays has access to the breakfast buffet which includes fruit jams, yogurt, fresh sliced bread, toasted bread, fruit juices, cereals, honey and fresh fruit. Coffee, Cappuccino, latte, tea and hot chocolate are brewed at the moment.
HappyDays offers various kind of services to its guests:
Inside area: breakfast room, tavern with hearth, TV 24"room, ski and bike storage.
Outside area: private parking lot, private garden (7000 square meters) with gazebo, table and chairs, barbecue, sunroof with lawn chairs and various fruit trees.
The following are the amenities that can be found in the area:
– soccer and tennis courts
– swimming pool (covered and heated)
– 18 holes golf court (with practice area)
– horse-riding school
– clay-target shooting
– astronomical observatory
– ice skate park
We also have a separate apartment that can be rented for summer and winter holidays. It is walking-distance from the B&B and it has beds for four people.
Roomy and sunny (100 square meters), it has two rooms, kitchen, dining room, toilet and shower with its own window, terrace, private parking lot and a large garden shared with the B&B guests.
We have agreements with many restaurants, pizzerie and Spa located in the area that can offer you a discounted price.

Area city center
Mezzaselva, one of the six districts of Roana, is a small tourist center located on the sunny west side of the Altopiano dei 7 Comuni near Val d'Assa. Its enviable position, just 8 km from the center of Asiago and 10 minutes from the Campolongo cross-country ski slopes and Monte Verena downhill ski slopes, makes it an ideal destination for both summer and winter stays, where numerous activities such as mountain biking, skiing, hiking, walks, and more can be enjoyed.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for a weekend and despite booking a double room, we were assigned a spacious and very cute attic quadruple room. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the kindness and discretion of the owners. Varied breakfast with homemade cakes. We will come back!

Availability and kindness are the main qualities of the management; breakfasts are excellent, abundant, and full of pleasant surprises; cleanliness is accurate. The rating given to the location of the property is not the best, as only 2.5/3 meters separate it from the road where traffic is not lacking.

Happy Days is by name and by fact the ideal location to enjoy in maximum relaxation a few days in the mountains, immersed in the fragrant woods of Roana and staying in a romantic, welcoming, and warm structure thanks to a prestigious renovation. The added value is the welcome of Mr. Cristian and Mrs. Bruna, available for any request, even to share the recipes of special breakfast cakes.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni in questa bella e caratteristica struttura. Arredata con cura con attenzione ai particolari, pulizia ottima.

Il B&B si trova nella località di Mezzaselva che ci trova a 7min dal centro di Asiago.
La struttura è molto semplice, tranquilla e deliziosa; i proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili.
La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e calda.
Anche la colazione è molto ricca con la possibilità di avere pure qualsiasi tipo di bevanda calda preparata direttamente dai proprietari.
Un posto molto piacevole, lo consiglio a tutti.

Struttura molto accogliente, camere grandi, ben arredate e molto pulite pulite. I proprietari molto gentili. La colazione molto abbondante e varia, con torte e biscotti fatti in casa molto buoni. La posizione, al centro del paese, è comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi qualsiasi meta.

Meravigliosa esperienza di soggiorno non è sufficliente per descriverne tutte le qualità di accoglienza, pulizia e sobria eleganza.
Arrivare la sera in camera e aprendo la porta della struttura e venire accolti da un profumo di torte home made poi riporta a commoventi ricordi di infanzia.
L'abbondanza e la varietà inoltre della prima colazione è pari se non superiore a quella dei migliori alberghi, e se poi è anche accompagnata dalla gentilezza e dall'empatia dei gestori rende chiaro che "eccellenza" è il solo commento che si possa fare.

Consiglio caldamente questo B&B: pulito, accogliente, semplice ma tanto confortevole. Gestione simpatica e disponibile. Dal vivo meglio che dalle foto.

B&B molto accogliente, ricco di particolari e curato con gusto. Purtroppo il mio soggiorno qui è durato solo una notte. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e ben arredate, senza contare il fatto che sono poche, quindi anche in alta stagione il posto rimane sempre molto rilassante. La signora Bruna è gentilissima e molto disponibile! La colazione è ottima e super abbondante! Consiglio vivamente!

Eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista: ambiente colorato e accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli; titolari gentilissimi e simpatici, sempre disponibili a dare consigli e indicazioni agli ospiti; colazione abbondantissima, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta tra numerosi dolci e biscotti fatti in casa, pane, frutta fresca e frutta secca, yogurt, marmellata, cereali, ecc; wi-fi gratuito; bellissima taverna con il caminetto e numerosi giochi in scatola a disposizione degli ospiti, per i bambini ci sono colori e costruzioni. Io ho alloggiato con un'amica nella Red House Asiago, una depandance del B&B: camera ampia, pulitissima, comoda e tranquilla, dotata di terrazzino esclusivo da cui si gode di un panorama stupendo.
Consiglio questo B&B a chiunque decida di passare qualche giorno sull'altopiano!

La nostra esperienza all'Happy Days è stata ottima: Bruna, la proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile ad aiutare in ogni modo, la stanza era di una pulizia impeccabile e molto grande, la colazione ottima. Bellissimo e funzionale il giardino esterno.

Veramente una bellissima dimora, curata e ricca di storia. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente con degli amici a febbraio per Fiocchi di luce e per una bella sciata. Se vuoi un week-end sicuro scegli Happy Days: -) Antony.

Siamo stati con tre bimbi lo scorso anno poco dopo Natale e nell'Epifania 2013. Abbiamo trovato i locali sempre ben arredati, pulitissimo, i titolari accoglieti e molto disponibili. La colazione ben preparata, curata e varia. Molto accogliente e caldo.
