Description
In a private building in the Chiesanuova area you find this comfortable flat, with independent entrance. The apartment has two double bedrooms, simply but nicely furnished, bathroom with shower, a breakfast-room, garden and private parking. The bed & breakfast is situated in a quiet area with easy access to the public transportation. The historic centre, the railway station and the fair are reachable by bus nr. 10, which runs frequently, while the highway is few minutes away, as is the Gran Teatro Geox and the football stadium. In fifteen minutes by car you can reach the thermal towns of Abano Terme, Montegrotto Terme and the beautiful Colli Euganei.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Situato in un quartiere residenziale e immerso nel verde, si trova in una posizione strategica sia per chi deve andare a sentire concerti allo Stadio Euganeo (come è successo a me), dal quale dista poco più di un km, sia per chi vuole visitare il centro (raggiungibile in poche poche fermate con il bus n°10). Vicinissimo alla sede del B&B si trovano pizzerie e ristoranti, per tutte le tasche. Il Bed and Breakfast è carino, ordinato e pulitissimo (bagno in comune compreso). La signora che gestisce il B&B è stata gentile e disponibile, e i prezzi sono davvero onestissimi. La colazione offre ampia scelta: latte, caffè, diversi tipi di tè, fette biscottate, biscotti e persino il croissant con marmellata. Lo consiglio a tutti: coppie, single e pure famiglie.

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et pour l'attention d'Angelina. Le lit était très confortable, nous avons bien dormi et le quartier est tranquille.

Sono stata accolta con molta gentilezza, la comunicazione telefonica precedente alla prenotazione molto precisa anche sulla possibilità di condividere il bagno con estranei. Le foto del sito rendono bene la realtà. Ho scelto il posto perché vicino al luogo del mio lavoro. Ci tornerò!

Struttura ben curata con appartamento molto ampio con tutti i servizi, pulito e in zona tranquilla a 10-15 minuti dal centro di Padova, servito con i mezzi pubblici. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzi più che proporzionati al servizio reso. Vivamente consigliato.

Ambiente molto pulito e tranquillo, siamo stati molto bene, se dovessimo tornare a Padova sicuramente ritorneremmo ancora in questa struttura.
