Eco Venice B&B is the perfect choice for those who want to spend their holidays in Venice in a sustainable and affordable way. The structure is in fact low-impact and uses renewable energy sources.
We offer ecological studios, two-room apartments and a B&B service with an all-inclusive formula, including kitchen and private parking. Our rooms are equipped with every comfort, comparable to those of a top-level resort.
The rooms on the second floor are spacious, with about 30 square meters available, a double bed, a sofa bed for one or two people, a kitchen complete with electric hobs, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, TV, a comfortable table with four chairs and everything you need to accommodate up to four people.
The apartments on the ground floor are two-room apartments, complete with every comfort, with a double bedroom, additional beds to accommodate up to five people, a kitchen complete with everything, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, TV and a comfortable table with four or five chairs, depending on the size of the apartment.
The entrance is personal and accessible directly from the outside with a magnetic card 24 hours a day or key. Security is guaranteed by the triple lock, operable from the inside.

We had a great stay at Eco BB Venice. The host was incredibly helpful from start to finish, making everything so easy and stress-free. The room was spotless and very clean—exactly what you’d hope for after a day of exploring. The location was perfect: easy to get to and from Venice, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the convenience and comfort this place offered. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed for three nights at Eco BB Venice. The owner only showed up at check-in, registered us, and provided directions to tobacco shops, supermarkets, and trattorias, giving us a map. He explained where to catch the bus to Venice and the various options. He showed us the room and the bathroom, both clean and tidy, albeit a bit small for three people. Unfortunately, even though I paid for the included breakfast, it turned out to be packaged, and the products, although branded, were measured (e.g., 1 liter of milk for 3 people for 3 days, as well as the juice). Additionally, as it is a B&B, we expected the room to be tidied up and the beds made as is customary in these types of accommodations, but that did not happen, I had to do it myself. I also had to wash the breakfast dishes and set the table for the next morning. Bath products sets, as found in various B&Bs, were not provided. Luckily, I had brought everything from home. The property is, however, very convenient to reach Venice, with the bus stops practically outside the gate and private parking available. I would recommend this property, although personally, I consider it more of a room rental than a true B&B.

Buongiorno, leggo la sua recensione...e con tutto il rispetto, dubito che lei conosca tutte le 20 leggi in vigore per le 20 regioni italiane. Tutte differenti tra loro. Nello specifico nel Veneto, la nostra, la colazione può essere fornita solo confezionata. Il riassetto è facoltativo, pulizia obbligatoria all'uscita degli ospiti. Sulle altre regioni non mi addentro perchè non le conosco bene, ma so per certo che in alcune regioni possono essere offerte colazioni fresche e obbligati riassetti giornalieri. Se aveva bisogno di ulteriori prodotti per colazione confezionati li avremo forniti gratuitamente a richiesta. Premesso questo è giusto chiarire che noi forniamo gratuitamente l'uso della cucina completa di elettrodomestici inclusa lavastoviglie e relativo detersivo con cui poteva lavare le stoviglie, una camera più grande di ben 10 mq per 3 persone il cui minimo di legge è 20 mq mentre la nostra è 28 mq, entrata e uscita privata a qualsiasi orario, wifi ad altissima velocità e molto altro ancora...non credo che tutti i b&b offrano questo. Poi la nostra scelta ecologica non permette l'uso di set da bagno usa e getta, bensì sapone e shampoo in abbondanza e ad uso libero. Cuffiette, pantofole, pettini ecc. che di solito b&b non offrono e creano solo danno all'ambiente, da noi anche no! Sempre a favore dell’ambiente la nostra sostenibilità è totale: tutto senza idrocarburi ma solo energia fornita dal sole. Le sembra che potessimo avere la massima valutazione in tema di sostenibilità se le "regalassimo" plastica o materiali non bio? Quindi come vede, molto di più del semplice necessario è fornito. Quando ha prenotato doveva conoscere cosa offrivamo, poichè tutto scritto e specificato nei nostri siti! Dispiace che su 2392 recensioni avute in oltre 20 anni su tutti i canali Web e Ota varie, le recensioni con valore 8 (che intende un valore negativo per il web) o meno siano una decina in tutto, tra cui la vostra! Dispiace anche che provengano quasi tutte da italiani come lei! Evidentemente la cultura del B&B e in generale delle strutture alternative in Italia è ben poco conosciuta. Il proprietario (cioè io) è sempre stato disponibile, giorno e notte a richiesta. Vi ho informati e dati tutti i riferimenti… ma lei non mi ha mai contattato. Infine, come da lei richiesto le avrei anche consentito di usufruire del nostro parcheggio anche il giorno della partenza, senza alcun costo, ma lei ha preferito diversamente, avrebbe dovuto dire anche questo a nostro favore. Ricordi anche che l'affittacamere nulla ha a che vedere con noi ed è tutta un'altra cosa! Pure apprezzabilissima ma diversa da noi. Vi salutiamo cordialmente.

The location of the B&B is very convenient for traveling to the island of Venice. In fact, just a few meters from the building there is a bus stop with direct connection to the island, about 20 minutes away. The B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood and not very noisy at night. There are all the essential supplies for the kitchen. The managers provided us with comprehensive instructions both before our arrival and at check-in. Convenient the flyer made by them with all the main information for the vacation in Venice. Much appreciated that there was something to eat for breakfast upon our arrival even though it was not included in our reservation.

This place is a great option to stay in the Venice surroundings (it's very near a bus stop that goes directly to Venice St. Lucia train station) at a very affordable price. Highly recommended if you're looking to enjoy time with family.

It is a very convenient location to visit Venice. Close to transport (bus stop a few meters away), it is very easy to reach the cultural center at any time. The places are charming, comfortable, practical, and welcoming. Everything is provided so that one feels good there. The environment is calm and conducive to rest. The owner is welcoming and has thought of everything to make the stay practical and enjoyable (provided breakfasts, explanatory diagrams and maps). I recommend it 100%.

We stayed at this property from 06 September to 11 September. Everything was perfect. Excellent room, top cleanliness, perfect location to reach Venice (bus in 100 minutes). But above all, a huge thank you to the owners Attilio and Luciana who make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Very convenient to go back and forth from Venice, in 20 minutes we were in Piazzale Roma, clean, equipped with air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Definitely a great choice.

Very clean room, with everything you need and very comfortable. A convenient parking where you can leave the car because it is possible to reach Venice easily with both the bus and the tram which have a stop very close to the B&B. The manager is very kind and very helpful. In the town there are restaurants, pizzerias, kebab, supermarkets, shops of all kinds. What can I say! A beautiful stay! We will definitely come back!

Great structure. Mr. Attilio was very kind and courteous. Clean and welcoming structure in a nice location, just a few meters from the bus stop to Venice where with only 1.5 euros per person we arrived at the station in Venice. Near the structure (on foot) there is an excellent trattoria. Recommended for those who want to visit Venice but also great for families with children... Excellent!

We were greeted by Attilo who showed us everything directly. The room was very clean and spacious and despite being in the attic, it remained cool (thanks to the functioning air conditioning). Also, you could hardly hear anything from the street. A bus stop to Venice is right in front of the house, but you need to buy a ticket from a machine or kiosk (5 or 2 minutes away). The nearest larger supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, making it difficult to do larger shopping without a car, but with a car it's not a problem. The breakfast was typically Italian - a bit sparse with packaged croissants, but the coffee was very good. Perfect for 2-3 nights.

Room with bathroom, kitchenette, and very nice and extremely clean sofa. Everything you need to have breakfast in the room is provided: coffee machine, milk, fruit juices, jams, butter, Nutella, rusks, croissants, cookies. Obviously, these are packaged foods, but there is a variety and it's a nice touch. If you wish, you can also have breakfast at the small tables outside the room. The owner lives downstairs and is very kind, very helpful in providing information and upon arrival, she gives a map of Venice with other useful details. Favaro is 15/20 minutes by bus from Piazza Roma (1.50€ for the ticket) and it's really convenient. Buses to Venice run every 20 minutes until 1 am. I absolutely recommend it and will keep this accommodation in mind for a future holiday in Venice.

The structure is beautiful and the apartments are clean and comfortable. The management is very welcoming and gracious. The bus stop for Venice is a short walk from the property and the shops and restaurants are nearby. We were completely satisfied. Eco BB Venice.

Great stay, the apartment is beautiful and well maintained, clean and it has everything you need, nothing is missing. Just bring your spare clothes. With the 19 you can reach Venice in 15 minutes. My two children also liked it very much.
