Born from Giuliana and Walter's passion for hospitality, the bed & breakfast Villa Rosa is the perfect destination for your stay in the Marca Trevigiana region.

Thanks to its prime location, just a few kilometers from the highway exit and the historic center of Conegliano, it is an excellent choice for both business and leisure trips.

The routes of the Great War along the Piave River, the Prosecco trails, mountain biking and cyclocross paths, and the stunning art exhibitions in Conegliano (land of Cima) are just a few of the attractions within walking distance from Santa Lucia di Piave.

We returned to stay at VillaRosa because the place is really well-kept and welcoming. The room is spotless, equipped with everything, it even has a small minibar with drinks and snacks and a kettle with tea and herbal teas. The welcome from Mrs. Giuliana is warm and the highlight is the breakfast: a great variety of exquisite cakes, cookies made by her, and everything one could wish for, from sweet to savory. Just that would be worth the stay. We hope to return soon!

Staying at B&B Villa Rosa is always a pleasure, because besides the excellent breakfast, the comfortable, beautiful and functional rooms, the atmosphere is truly relaxing: Mrs. Giuliana, despite her discretion, makes you feel at ease, almost like a long-time acquaintance. Whenever we can, we take a trip out of town to stay in our favorite B&B. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed only one night with my team, B&B Villa Rosa is a recent property very well maintained with nice spacious rooms and almost one bathroom per room; very good and varied breakfast; owners very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed it and excellent quality/price.
