Description
Nice B&B in a comfortable and conveniently spacious apartement on the third floor, equipped with lift, Villa Lattes is conveniently located, 2 km away from the historical centre of Vicenza, 2 km from the railway station.
The Fair area and the Vicenza Ovest A4 exit are situated 3. 5 km far from Villa Lattes, easy to reach in a few minutes by ring road.
We live next to a public garden, in the residential neighborhood of Santa Bertilla, well served by public transport to the town centre and to the station: the bus stop is 100 meters away. There are many shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the area.

Our rooms:
We can accommodate our guests in two double en-suite bedroom, one with a balcony or in a large triple with balcony.
In every room single beds or king size beds are available. All our rooms are provided with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

A rich breakfast is served in the kitchen, in addition to a common Italian breakfast, guests can have: eggs, sliced salami, cheese, as well as typical Venetian cakes and cookies.


Our B&B is smoking free, but guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies and on the terrace.
Villa Lattes practices the waste recycling: there is a recycling bin at our guests' disposal.

Villa Lattes is situated in a residential area. The historical town center is 2 km far from us, as the railways station. The Fair area and the Vicenza Ovest A4 exit are situated 4 km far from Villa Lattes, easy to reach in few minutes by ring road. Structure on the third floor of a cozy condominium. Clean. The only issue is that there is no garage and the parking space is on the street. It would be better to specify this in the features.

Maximum availability for your possible needs, extreme attention to satisfy your morning appetite with a high-level hotel breakfast. All this at an absolutely moderate and competitive price. Alloggio molto pulito, caldo, in posizione tranquilla appena fuori dal centro di Vicenza che è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto o con l'autobus. Atmosfera familiare e proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.

B&B dall'ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare il centro. Vicino alla fermata dell'autobus, ottima scelta per evitare di prendere la macchina e cercare parcheggi vicino al centro che sono comunque a pagamento. Proprietari gentili e disponibili a rispondere ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Camere confortevoli. Ottimo il prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Bien le bonjour à Chiara qui nous accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur, de plus elle parle très très bien français. Les chambres étaient belles et grandes et d'une propreté irréprochable. Au petit déjeuner nous avons apprécié ses pâtisseries maison.

Je viens régulièrement dans ce B&B car on s'y trouve comme chez soi! L'accueil est très chaleureux! Chiara est toujours disponible pour ses hôtes! Les chambres sont très confortables, le petit déjeuner très copieux! Tout est facilement accessible à pied ou en transports pour ceux qui n'aiment pas trop marcher. Bref, à recommander vivement!

Gestori disponibili, gentili ed accoglienti. Struttura molto tranquilla e in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Colazione completa con prodotti di media qualità. Nella media è molto buono. Grande abitazione e buon servizio. Qualche nota negativa riguardo alla "sveglia" per la colazione visto che sembra di essere sotto "assedio". Nel complesso un bel posto dove trascorrere il tempo nel centro di Vicenza. Consigliato tra i migliori.
