Description

Nice B&B in a comfortable and conveniently spacious apartement on the third floor, equipped with lift, Villa Lattes is conveniently located, 2 km away from the historical centre of Vicenza, 2 km from the railway station.
The Fair area and the Vicenza Ovest A4 exit are situated 3. 5 km far from Villa Lattes, easy to reach in a few minutes by ring road.
We live next to a public garden, in the residential neighborhood of Santa Bertilla, well served by public transport to the town centre and to the station: the bus stop is 100 meters away. There are many shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the area.

Our rooms:
We can accommodate our guests in two double en-suite bedroom, one with a balcony or in a large triple with balcony.
In every room single beds or king size beds are available. All our rooms are provided with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

A rich breakfast is served in the kitchen, in addition to a common Italian breakfast, guests can have: eggs, sliced salami, cheese, as well as typical Venetian cakes and cookies.

Our B&B is smoking free, but guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies and on the terrace.
Villa Lattes practices the waste recycling: there is a recycling bin at our guests' disposal.

Villa Lattes is situated in a residential area. The historical town center is 2 km far from us, as the railways station. The Fair area and the Vicenza Ovest A4 exit are situated 4 km far from Villa Lattes, easy to reach in few minutes by ring road. Structure on the third floor of a cozy condominium. Clean. The only issue is that there is no garage and the parking space is on the street. It would be better to specify this in the features.

Maximum availability for your possible needs, extreme attention to satisfy your morning appetite with a high-level hotel breakfast. All this at an absolutely moderate and competitive price. Structure in a condominium very close to the center with external parking (on the street), very helpful and friendly owners, average breakfast, low-quality products, everything packaged except the homemade cake.

Accommodation very clean, warm, in a quiet location just outside the center of Vicenza which can be reached in a few minutes by car or by bus. Family atmosphere and very friendly and helpful owners.

B&B Villa Lattes is in an excellent location for those who want to visit the center. Close to the bus stop, a great choice to avoid taking the car and looking for parking near the center, which are still paid. Kind owners and available to meet every guest's need. Comfortable rooms. Great price. I would gladly return.

I visit this B&B regularly because you feel at home! The welcome is very warm! Chiara is always available for her guests! The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is very plentiful! Everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transport for those who do not like to walk too much. In short, highly recommended!

On average, it is very good. Large accommodation and good service. Some negative notes regarding the wake-up call for breakfast since it feels like being under siege. Overall, a nice place to spend time in the center of Vicenza. Recommended among the best.
