The location of the property is particularly valuable, as it overlooks Via Alzaia and therefore enjoys a view of the River Sile from all the bedrooms. As is well known, Via Alzaia (or 'Restera' for the people of Treviso) is a privileged destination for walks and bike rides. It is also part of the international cycling and pedestrian circuit 'Monaco-Venice'. At the same time, the main services are nearby: the urban bus stop is 300 meters away, shops and supermarkets are 400 meters away, the train station is 3 km away and can be reached on foot by walking along the river. The hospital is 1 km away on foot and 2 km away by car, and the historic center is 2 km away by car or on foot along the Sile River.

Excellent B&B located near the Sile river. Cleanliness was top-notch. The room lacked nothing; the water in the fridge and the available fruit were much appreciated. The area is set away from the center of Treviso and is very quiet. There is a bike rental available nearby. Thank you.

We stayed two days at this property and we had a great experience! The location is peaceful, just a few minutes from the center of Treviso and along the Sile river: truly enchanting and relaxing! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the furnishings are modern. For breakfast we were pampered with homemade pastries prepared by the lady who runs the property. We will certainly find an opportunity to stay at this B&B again because we liked it a lot! The quality/price ratio is also an added value.

We spent one night and, as far as I'm concerned, it is in no way inferior to a five-star hotel. Reception, cleanliness, attention to detail, and breakfast: everything was exceptional. Excellent location for cyclists, between the Treviso-Ostiglia route and the Sile bike path. Very peaceful place, with a small terrace on the Sile and a convenient garage for bicycles. Highly recommended.

The structure is located in the southeast outskirts of Treviso, near the pedestrian street that runs alongside the river, very quiet and silent. The managers are champions of kindness and availability, and the communication, even via message, was quick and efficient. The room is spacious with new furnishings, everything very clean. There is a small terrace with a chair and table. The breakfast is a buffet, a homely atmosphere. I asked to have it advanced for work reasons and, kindly, they accommodated my needs. In 6 minutes by car, you reach the hospital and the center. Absolutely recommended.

You can bike very well to Treviso from here, always along the river.\nThe B&B has three rooms, is equipped with modern furnishings, and there is a very good breakfast. Thank you for the extremely helpful hospitality. From Via Barbano, the place where we were able to launch our canoe for the tour on the Sile River was easily reachable on foot. The recommended restaurant nearby and the evening walk along the river were also perfect.

Excellent structure completely new and designed according to maximum sustainability criteria, energy produced with photovoltaic panels, high-level owners, breakfast with homemade cakes both sweet and savory in addition to the classic choices (croissants, yogurt, fruit, etc.). In my opinion, only an espresso and cappuccino machine is missing, but the rest makes up for this small flaw.

Delightful structure along the Sile river: comfortable, quiet, modern accommodation. The hosts are very kind, breakfast complete with everything. For those coming by public transport, not far away is bus stop number 3 via Callalta 31 that takes you to the station, otherwise a nice walk along the riverbank (illuminated in the evening) takes you to the city center in 30, 40 minutes.

Immersed in nature, on the banks of the Sile River, in the section of Restera that crosses Treviso, this new, modern, and well-kept structure is above the common offers of B&Bs. Everything is taken care of in detail, the attention given to guests is perceived in everything. The two Hosts, Simone and Agnese, are young, prepared, and always very willing to advise guests to the best of their ability, according to their needs. A special mention must be made for the breakfast and cakes prepared at home by the managers' mother. In short, you book a B&B and end up in a 4-star family-run hotel. Treviso was a beautiful experience staying here.

A new, well-designed structure with attention to detail. A modern and efficient atmosphere in a place that exudes nature and tradition. Beautiful location for those who love tranquility, offering the opportunity for a relaxing walk in nature along the Sile river, particularly delightful in this season due to the presence of swans, ducks, and coots with their ducklings. The center of Treviso is reachable in just under ten minutes by car, or for those who prefer, it can be reached in a fifteen-minute bike ride or a half-hour walk along the river. The structure is easily accessible from the highway exit. The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with necessary amenities. The bathroom, although small, has an efficient ventilation system, a comfortable shower, with the only minor improvement being the slightly small sink, which is not a problem for a short stay. A nice balcony to relax while looking at the river or a garden, which I didn't use but appreciated. The hosts were truly kind and open to dialogue, providing useful information. Despite their young age and limited experience, their kindness and enthusiasm deserve a positive mention. Some improvements could be made to the breakfast by slightly enriching it, for example, catering to espresso or croissant lovers (perhaps with a small questionnaire on preferences to be filled out upon arrival to avoid waste), but it is still in line with the spirit of the structure and includes a very good homemade cake that I enjoyed. Not to be underestimated is the excellent value for money.

Perfect location for those, like us, who decide to cycle along the Sile cycle path. Brand new, very clean and modern structure. Family-run, kind and helpful people for any need. Excellent breakfast. It's the first time I give 10 to everything!

It is a recently renovated guest house, very clean and the managers are very kind and helpful. We were traveling by bicycle and for us it was ideal because they have a garage where to store them. It is very close to the center and directly on the Girasile. If we could have picked up the bikes autonomously it would have been absolutely perfect.

Great structure, new, comfortable, close to the center, easily reachable and especially convenient for the Sile cycle path. The managers are very helpful and kind, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, the rooms are large and equipped with all comforts. I definitely recommend it.

New and modern structure in a peripheral but very quiet area, close to the Sile cycle path, which allows you to reach the center in a few minutes. The B&B Via Barbano is managed by two very friendly young brothers who are available to meet your every request.

Very recently built structure, on the first floor without a lift, difficulty in accessing room temperature adjustments, customer satisfaction research and very helpful managers, overall a very pleasant stay even though a bit far from the center and dining options.
