Breakfast
Where: in the shared kitchen, with your host family, around the big table of friendship, or for a more romantic experience, enjoying the view of a stunning canal while observing the real Venetian life (see pictures sent by previous guests).

Hey from Marco
From that moment on, Marco decided to share his passion for hospitality with the world, enrolling in a course on opening and managing Bed and Breakfasts at the Italian Association in Milan. That's where Marco and I met in 2003, and after four years of friendship, I decided to join him in Venice as a "permanent guest".
Today, we are a true "B&B family", speaking five languages and loving to travel. Our Bed and Breakfast is an authentic experience, as we only have three rooms and we live in the structure on the upper and side floor. In this way, we help to populate and make the city come alive, welcoming all our guests as long-time friends and explaining Venice from the inside out.
We are certain that your experience here will be unforgettable. We look forward to welcoming you!

What guests say
Guests consistently praise the property's excellent location, just minutes from St. Mark's Square and convenient for exploring major sights. Rooms are noted for being clean, comfortable, and many offer beautiful canal views. The hosts receive high marks for their friendliness and willingness to provide helpful local tips. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, with breakfast often mentioned as abundant and a great opportunity to interact with hosts and other travelers, though a few reviews suggest breakfast could be improved. Access involves stairs, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, highly recommended for travelers seeking a central and personable stay.
