Description

Our apartments are located in the heart of the city and therefore perfect for those who are passing through for work, for tourists who want to enjoy the beauty that the city offers, but also for those who want to visit Venice.

The apartments are situated in a building right next to Piazza dei Signori, the heart of the historic center of beautiful Treviso. The apartments have been recently furnished after careful restoration work, with the aim of creating a comfortable, bright, and clean environment where you can feel at home. Normally, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed, but we can also add a single bed if necessary.

Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub. During the summer season, you can also use the rooftop terrace to sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the beautiful panorama.

Nice to meet you! We are Elia and Marco, and we have chosen this funny photo because we believe it is important to know from the beginning who you will be dealing with. We will have the pleasure of helping you solve all your problems, just like two real concierges.

If you need a ride to Treviso airport, we will do our best to arrange it. In general, either Elia or I will be almost always present in the apartment and always available for any issues.

It is very important that you promptly communicate your arrival time or any delays to allow us to organize the meeting for key handover.

Our B & B is located in the heart of the city of Treviso and for this reason it is perfect for those who are passing through for work, for tourists who want to enjoy the beauty that the city offers, but also for those who want to visit Venice.

The neighborhood offers everything you might need; the windows of the rooms open onto a courtyard and then are very quiet, even if the house you will find bars, restaurants, shops...everything you can offer a historical center.

As for public transport, you can reach the train station and bus station in 2 minutes walk away and from there take a train to Venice. In exactly 30 minutes you will be in Venice Saint Lucia (on the Island); keep in mind that there are trains every 20 minutes and the ticket price is 2. 85 euro. Always train you can easily reach Padua, Vicenza, Verona. By bus you can instead get to Jesolo, reach the mountain resort or all the tourist attractions of the area. If you are coming or going to the airports of Treviso or Venice, you can use the shuttles that depart from the station or to the Canova, you can also take the bus that stops in the house.

This is the second time I stay in this establishment. It is located a few minutes from the station and in the center of Treviso. Modern style, welcoming, clean, with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant holiday. The host is kind, present and caring. I recommend it and I will definitely return!

The apartment Rialto 13 in Treviso is spacious and tastefully furnished in a modern style. It has a cozy bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and entrance, impeccably clean and well cared for in detail. Despite facing an internal courtyard, the warm atmosphere and comforts more than compensate. The central location is ideal for exploring Treviso. The kindness and availability of Elia made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend it!

We stayed in the Avio apartment. The structure is very central, in the historic center of Treviso. The apartment is very well-kept, welcoming and equipped with everything necessary. Elia is a very proactive and helpful host. The only inconvenience, already reported to the owner, is the hot water pressure in the bathroom. If you adjust the jet, the hot water does not come out anymore. Everything else is great.

Excellent location in the very center of Treviso. The apartment is very clean, new, and spacious, equipped with all the comforts. The owners are available and caring. I would only suggest, not as a criticism, but as advice to improve the welcome, to place stools in the bedroom to rest the luggage. In the kitchen, washable plastic placemats to put on the table for eating. And, since there is space, to place a desk with a computer workstation for those who come for work.

An excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from the piazza del signori and 10 from the station. Comfortable apartment with all the services, kitchen, very comfortable bed and bathroom with a good shower. Elia very attentive to whatever is needed. They do not serve breakfast as it is a separate apartment, but you have a kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, and a table to have breakfast there, although in the vicinity you have several options.

First experience in a Bed & Breakfast. I stayed for two nights at Rialto 13, an excellent location in the city center and very close to the train station, which can be reached on foot in a short time. Very comfortable apartment, well furnished with a kitchenette, everything impeccable. I felt at home. Elia welcomed us with extreme kindness, recommended even for demanding people. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Nearby, on Cadorna Street, there is a small restaurant-pizzeria, excellent cuisine and fish dishes. To recommend.

Lovely flat but very dark and we couldn't open the curtains as there was an office opposite with men working. We didn't expect 4 flights of stairs to the 1st floor flat. Everything in the flat looked fairly new, but could do with somewhere comfortable to sit.

All beautiful and perfect, it felt like being at home. Clean and comfortable large and well-furnished rooms. The only thing is to ask Elia well to specify the address before arriving. The B&B where we were has the bus stop No. 6 that you take at the airport exit and with only € 1.30 it takes you right under the B&B in Via Dall'Oro. Elia is kind and helpful. Go eat at Ca de Oro, it's right in the street behind the B&B, you eat well and at lunch you spend little if you follow the menu of the day.

The managers are very friendly and helpful. They even offered to take me to the airport. The price of the B&B is low compared to the cleanliness, originality, and attention to detail in the structure. Very central area, when I went out in the evening I found myself immersed in the life of Treviso and I fell in love with it. They are truly two guys who love what they do. I highly recommend it.
