Reaching the B&B "Piana di Nebbiù" you will be welcomed by a broad meadow bordering the wood and redstarts warbling. The house, recently built, is a detached one. It lies two km away from Pieve di Cadore, wich was elected the 2004 city of art and culture, and twenty minutes drive from the World renown Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The B&B represents an ideal starting point if you like going for walks or cicling along the Dolomites cicle track. Furthermore, if you don't mind a few km drive, the Costapiana and Antelao Refuges and the R.Messner "Museum in the clouds", can easily be reached.

In the B&B there are both single and double rooms, with bathroonm, at your disposal. You can then count on a delicious brakfast.

Our room had an external private bathroom, there were no keys because both close only with a latch. And I really didn't like this. Unlike other rooms, ours was inside the manager's apartment and it was strange and embarrassing. The room wasn't cleaned even once in a week. The breakfast is very limited: one croissant each, bread, butter, jam but no cakes, cookies, cereals or the possibility of a savory breakfast. There are no brochures and leaflets of the place and nearby ones, but the manager is good at recommending itineraries.

We were hosted by Mr. Ugo who was helpful and hospitable. The structure is in line with what was described and the price is consistent with what was offered. I would have appreciated a breakfast with a choice of savory foods, but this does not detract from the fact that we were satisfied. It was an excellent solution for our needs.

Simple and familiar environment with Ugo handyman. It's certainly not a 5-star hotel but if you want to feel comfortable and spend the right amount, I highly recommend it. We had a good time.

Nice place at the foot of Mount Antelao, strategically located a short distance from Cortina, Auronzo, Lake Sorapis, and many other places for beautiful excursions. Mountain environment. Very kind and helpful manager. Only the supply of slightly larger towels could be improved, otherwise everything is great.

Terrible experience. The adjacent room from a loft lacks any soundproofing, so every little noise could be heard. Poor service quality: unstable Wi-Fi, no TV, patched towels, and, sweetly enough, the owner confidently without POS and not issuing receipts. Definitely a negative experience.

Antonio, mi dispiace che non sia rimasto contento del suo pernotto, le faccio però notare che la televisione non è un requisito obbligatorio e neanche il POS visto che la mia struttura non ha partita IVA, comunque il saldo sarebbe stato possibile pagare anche con bonifico immediato. In quanto alla ricevuta se lei me l'avesse chiesta gli è l'avrei fatta (ricevuta su richiesta). La mia struttura ha 2 leoni (stelle) ed anche il costo è adeguato a questo; sicuramente non può offrire un servizio da 4 stelle. In un pernotto di 3 notti avrebbe potuto avvisarmi della situazione e dell'asciugamano, lo avrei immediatamente sostituito. Di solito se ci sono problemi si cerca di rimediarli al momento non sfogandosi poi con una recensione non del tutto corretta e super negativa. Noto che la sua è una della pochissime recensioni negative e questo mi consola del mio operato. Saluti Ugo Serafini.

We spent two days at the B&B Piana di Nebbiù owned by Mr. Ugo. We had a good time, a relaxing place and the host was courteous and welcoming. He happily engaged in conversations and recommended various excursions as well as some nice places to have dinner. Cozy and comfortable room. Top cleanliness.

Located at the edge of a forest a few hundred meters above the main road, it is very easy to reach by car, if you are on a bike you will struggle a bit, but it's worth it. The structure is small, but cozy, well furnished and clean. Suitable for hikers and those looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday. If you are an early riser, you may have the chance to see roe deer or deer from the window. The manager Ugo is a good connoisseur of the surrounding mountains and can give you useful advice on excursions suitable for your abilities. Breakfast is simple, with fresh croissants and bread, packaged butter and jams, served from 8 onwards. We had no problems, but if you want to leave much earlier you will have to give it up, unless you make arrangements with the owner. Lack of credit card payment option.

Despite the COVID rules, the manager never wore a mask at any time. There is little privacy when sleeping on the same floor as the owner and having to have breakfast with him present, the privacy was lacking quite a bit. Polite and very kind for the rest. I was not provided with any invoice or discount for which no action was taken.

A very kind gentleman who takes care of each of his guests. The house is pleasantly quiet. We had a wonderful view of the mountains in front of us. Supermarkets and restaurants are a short distance away, but everything is within easy reach.

Buonasera Grazia, mi dispiace constatare che non è stata pienamente soddisfatta del soggiorno nella mia struttura, cosa che nelle nostre conversazioni cordiali non mi sembravano esserci stata. Riguardo prezzo-qualità il fatto di spendere 100 euro al giorno, praticamente in 4 persone; 4 biciclette gratis e le informazioni dettagliatissime fornite da me sui luoghi del Cadore e fuori Cadore con le quali avete potuto constatarne le sue bellezze, mi sembra che il suo giudizio è penalizzante (l'anno scorso in campeggio primi di giugno dormendo in tenda, con i bagni a 50m e senza colazione ho speso 21 euro al giorno). Sperando in un suo ritorno in Cadore, del quale mi sembra siete stati affascinati, la saluto cordialmente. Serafini Ugo.

B&B 'true' in the sense that you are welcomed into Ugo's home, guests in his residence, the rooms are comfortable and with a private bathroom, functional and essential. Little attention to detail but at a truly affordable price and with so much, so much availability and kindness.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte ma possiamo sicuramente consigliare la struttura, l'unico appunto, peraltro indicato dal gestore, è il bagno situato fuori dalla stanza ma comunque "privato".

Ho soggiornato al B&B dal 24 al 27 luglio in occasione di una piccola vacanza in moto. Mi sono trovato molto bene grazie anche al sig. Ugo, sempre pronto a dare consigli validi su luoghi sa visitare. Lo consiglio a tutti, colazione buona e locali puliti. Sinceramente la sera, in camera da solo, mi è mancata un po la televisione ma è un mio parere personale. Per il resto ottimo B&B.

Io, la mia ragazza ed il nostro cane abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Piana di Nebbiù per quattro giorni, e devo dire che ci siamo trovati egregiamente, il B&B si trova in una zona relativamente isolata e tranquilla, con un bellissimo bosco alle sue spalle, ma è anche comodissimo ai principali servizi, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, paninoteche, gelaterie ecc. Il signor Ugo è una persona squisita, sempre pronto ad elargire ottimi consigli su eventuali camminate e luoghi panoramici, posti dove mangiare bene spendendo il giusto, offrendo sempre l'alternativa più adeguata ai nostri bisogni. Ci siamo intrattenuti sempre volentieri chiacchierando anche degli argomenti più vari, dall'escursionismo all'agricoltura, alla caccia, al turismo di nicchia e di quello di massa, sempre con delle opinioni condivise, ma se in un determinato momento non si ha tempo per chiacchierare, il signor Ugo cortesemente si defila senza essere invadente. Abbiamo anche comperato delle buonissime patate di montagna che il signor Ugo coltiva con grande passione. Il B&B è ben curato, la colazione ottima e abbondante, con delle buonissime brioche alla marmellata, le camere sono veramente ben tenute e molto accoglienti, vi piacerà!

Siamo stati i primi di luglio, con un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo, direi molto bene! Una struttura che consente molta autonomia e libertà! il bel prato intorno al B&B, con i Daini così vicini: tanta natura molto vicino al paese! La stanza a noi riservata confortevole con bagno in camera ampio e ben tenuto, più due terrazzi; la sala comune è destinata ai pasti è molto comoda perché ben attrezzata, è stata utile anche per cene preparate da noi. Il proprietario mentre offre le colazioni, ti illustra con orgoglio la zona e da utili consigli per l’escursioni giornaliere.

Abbiamo passato gli ultimi 4 giorni dell'anno 2015. Ottima soluzione come posizione per visitare parte del Friuli, la provincia alta di Belluno con Cortina ecc, il Trentino con Dobbiaco, San Candido, Brunico. Ottima la sistemazione, in una frazione di Pieve di Cadore in una bella villa nel verde, tranquilla. Colazione sobria, gestione del titolare unico che vi abita alla mano. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Bed and Breakfast immerso nel verde in posizione ottimale per le escursioni di qualsiasi livello, dalle passeggiate nei boschi raggiungibili a piedi alle mete più impegnative. Le cime di Lavaredo distano una quarantina di km e valgono sicuramente una tappa! Gestore molto disponibile per ogni tipo di informazione, da quelle mangerecce a quelle più "tecniche" sulle mete nei dintorni.
