Ca' Dei Fiori 1 Venezia is located in the center of Mestre Venezia, in close proximity to shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, theaters, cinemas, supermarkets. Venice Island can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by bus and tram (nearest stop is 100 meters).

Choosing us makes it easy to visit Venice's historic center in complete autonomy by bus every 5-10 min. 24 hours a day (with a lower frequency at night).

All our rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom, shower, wash basin and amenities, hair dryer; fridge, air conditioning, TV, cupboard wardrobe, safe, Wi-Fi Internet connection.

I had to go to Policlinico San Marco in Mestre. I chose this property for its location and also for the possibility of leaving the car in the parking lot at garage Europa, which is attached to the property.

For us, it was practical because the next morning we took the bus to the TSF airport. Very clean and trouble-free. Recommended!

Structure without air conditioning, dirty shower, cost too high for what the structure offers. Kind manager. We arrived late and found the fridge off without a water bottle, we had to ask for it and we were given a water bottle with the cap open.

Host contacted me to find out when I would arrive. I didn't have concrete plans but have a ballpark. When I arrived I could not find the property and no one was answering the phone. After wandering around for 15 minutes I found it and was buzzed up. Very basic room, stain on sheets, shower tiny, broken and filthy with mold. Breakfast "from 9-10" only and I had a flight to catch so had to leave at 8 AM so didn't get any food at this "B&B." Only stay here if you're desperate or not picky.

The room we were given was really not so great. Terrible light, a totally loud air conditioner that we couldn't turn on due to the noise. The window couldn't close because the AC hose was sticking out, causing many mosquitoes in the room, ants in the room, many things broken and simply unattractive in the bathroom, very hard mattresses, all 3 of us had back pain.\nI can't recommend this room at any price, no matter how cheap it may seem!

Noisy structure with several maintenance defects. The bathroom drains gurgle during the night. Neighboring guests come and go making a ridiculous noise. The managers do what they can, but the owner should be ashamed of the service provided and the prices offered. Also, I have never seen a Bed and Breakfast that does not offer breakfast. To be avoided.

The structure is managed by Asian foreigners, with very strong and spicy smells. Nowadays, in the cities, the facilities that cost less than 130 euros per night are all managed by foreigners. The room with the floor air conditioner requires the window to be open for the tube. I wonder, what is it for?

The structure was dirty. They asked for an extra charge because we checked in after 10 pm (the plane was delayed). I will not return.

Simple yet comfortable furnishings. Simple breakfast but served in the room. Cleanliness and friendliness 15 minutes from Venice and well connected. A stone's throw from the center of Mestre. Good value for money. Booking for one night (hardly anyone does it in this season). If I were to return to Venice, I would choose this structure again.

B&B sufficient, missing bidet towels, incomplete sheets, uncomfortable third bed, low lights considering the apartment is on the first floor and covered by other buildings. Cleaning leaves much to be desired... TV only with channels from 1 to 6. Not worth the price paid.

It is effectively a house where single rooms are rented. Ours had the bathroom in the room with all its amenities and was kept nice and warm, but apart from that we found the room not adequately cleaned. Stained sheets, bathroom not well cleaned and dirt accumulated under the bed and behind the furniture. Not exactly the best. Otherwise, good location, with the stop for Venice nearby and the station about twenty minutes away on foot.

Good location adjacent parking, but room on the brink of decency. Third fold-out bed like a fakir, poor cleanliness and bathroom so tiny and neglected that you couldn't open the door if another person was seated on the toilet.

The room pictured doesn't exist, if so, it wasn't the wretched, small, stifling, full of mildew on the bathroom ceiling, room that we got. It was SO bad, we left and found accommodations elsewhere. Wouldn't let my dog stay there.

The Ca' Dei Fiori bed and breakfast is an excellent bed and breakfast, in terms of quality and price. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent cleanliness of the rooms and the environment. It is located a stone's throw from the center of Mestre, well connected to Venice airport and the train station. A short walk from the station reachable in a few minutes thanks to bus 15. It is located on the first floor of a condominium, I recommend it because it is in a strategic position in Mestre, close to bus and tram stops, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Just 15 minutes from Venice (Piazzale Roma), thanks to buses 4L / 4 the main ones. The night bus passes through the center of Mestre (N1/N2) and is a 10-minute walk from the Bed and Breakfast. Located in a residential area, in front of a barracks, therefore a safe place. Suitable for families, young people, and couples. Suitable for everyone!

Very interesting discovery. It must be admitted that, despite being on a main street in Mestre, it is a bit difficult to understand where it is located because it is an interior, but apart from that, the lady who manages it is really exquisite and helpful. The room used, a double one, was occupied by my parents both in their eighties and was in perfect condition, very clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and an equally clean private bathroom, in truth everything seemed quite new. After several searches, I discovered that in Mestre there are few B&Bs with private bathrooms. It will definitely become our point of reference.
