Description

B & B a few minutes from Gardaland and Lake Garda, located in the historic center of the town and immersed in the tranquility of the moraine hills. It offers the possibility of purchasing discounted tickets for the main parks in the area (Sigurtà, Gardaland, Movieland, etc.)
20 minutes from the art cities of Verona and Mantua, very close to Caneva World and Parco Natura Viva, 100 meters from the Parco Giardino Sigurtà, near the thermal baths of Colà and Sirmione, 5 minutes from the golf courses.

La Rocchetta is a starting point for trips and walks in the Mincio valley, on a 43 km cycle path.

The B&B "La Rocchetta" is built inside an ancient building of the 1600 recently restored.

We have spacious, elegant and comfortable rooms, furnished with furniture and antiques, air conditioning, private bathroom, LCD satellite TV, internet, free wi-fi, safe.

Daily cleaning and periodic change of linen.

Welcoming property, with warm colors and a bygone charm, offering all modern comforts. The location is ideal for enjoying all the attractions in the area, both in Valeggio and Borghetto. The only drawback is the proximity to the main road, but the high-quality windows allow for undisturbed sleep. It was great to be able to leave bicycles inside the property.

Excellent location, close to Borgeta (10 minutes on foot) and the entrance to Sigurta Park (5 minutes on foot). Extremely kind host. Free street parking in front of the accommodation.

The B&B operator lives elsewhere. This means the guesthouse is usually unstaffed. You therefore have to arrange the arrival time in advance, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is very basic for the price of 130 EUR per double room. The location relative to Parco Sigurta and the village of Bogghia is very close and therefore ideal.

The property is located a 5-minute walk from Parco Sigurtà, which is very convenient. We were able to leave the car in front of the property, another appreciated convenience. It is possible to arrive later than the established check-in time with Alberto, depending on his availability. Going up the stairs, you reach the breakfast room and from there two corridors leading to the rooms. We stayed in the Sole room, which was well furnished and cozy. It was equipped with air conditioning and bathroom heating, which was spacious. The breakfast buffet was complete, albeit simple, with ample freedom to use the room outside meal times to prepare a drink or store food in the refrigerator. In conclusion, it was a satisfying and fully positive stay.

Excellent accommodation just a short walk from Borghetto sul Mincio, with free parking in front of the property. Rooms and common areas are very tidy and very clean. Also worth mentioning is the excellent breakfast and the great hospitality of the owners.

Located in a great position to visit Verona, Mantova and of course Borghetto sul Mincio, which is a 5-minute walk away. Also 5 minutes from the entrance to Parco Sigurtà. Comfortable structure, spacious room and bathroom. The managers of the structure are very friendly and helpful in providing useful information for the stay. I stayed here for a five-day vacation with my daughter. The structure has been renovated, impeccable cleanliness, abundant breakfast, fantastic location to reach wonderful places like Borghetto, the Sigurtà Gardens, the castle and in a few minutes by car Verona, the lake and the most renowned locations, the exquisite kindness and availability of the managers, a lovely couple, make this place impossible to forget! I was here last weekend with 4 friends. We had a great time. The welcoming environment is very clean, with new furnishings. The managers are lovely people, very helpful and professionally prepared. Courteous and helpful host, the room is not large but very comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small, the room is well air-conditioned. We spent only one night and we had a great time: the room (Estate) was quite spacious with a large bathroom with a beautiful extra-large shower, very good breakfast prepared by the owners, who were very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent as you can reach both Borghetto, the Sigurtà park, the center of Valeggio, and the castle which is right above. Everything is within walking distance, even though Borghetto is lower so the way back is uphill. We would gladly return and a thank you to Alberto.

I wholeheartedly recommend this Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Valeggio sul Mincio, 700 meters from the famous Borghetto, one of the most picturesque and romantic places in Italy. The manager, Mr. Alberto, a very kind and helpful person, kindly gave me the spot occupied by his car in the parking lot in front of the property. He also kindly booked a table for me and my lady at the best restaurant in Valeggio, "Lo Stappo", arranging for us to reserve the best positioned one to enjoy the splendid view of the Mincio river. I also benefited from a 10% discount on the restaurant's price. The Bed and Breakfast is in a great location to easily reach all the beauties of the area on foot, and in a few minutes you can reach the Borghetto, the Scaligera Castle, and the Sigurtà Park, while by car, in a short time, you can reach the Cavour Park or Lake Garda. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and very clean, the morning breakfast is abundant and buffet-style. In short, truly a nice place where you cannot help but feel good.

Cozy, clean and in a great location B&B. Outside the center of Valeggio and allows you to reach Parco Sigurtà on foot in 5 minutes, the Borghetto in 10 minutes with a walk in the park, and the Scaligero Castle in 5 minutes. Hotel breakfast with the scent of warm croissants that wakes you up in the morning.\n\nOnly advice, our room faced the main road and therefore a bit noisy with the window open, ask for a more internal room.\n\nExcellent advice from the owners who suggested routes and restaurants.\n\nParking in front of the B&B.

We had a very good time. The manager and his wife were very kind, very clean and tidy place, close to many things, varied and abundant breakfast. The only thing is that, being on the road, for those not used to traffic it's a bit hard to fall asleep. However, that is the least important issue.
