Description

We are at San Bonifacio, a large town in the veronise province.

At Soave, a medieval village only 2 Km away, you can sip the white wine in the plentiful winebars in its historical centre.

Verona and Vicenza are about 25 Km away and they can be reached easily by train, the train station is just across the road from the B&B. For those who come by car the entrance to the A4-highway is 1,5 Km away (to Soave/San Bonifacio sign).

An interesting day trip close by is Bolca in the Val d'Alpone, towards the north about 25 km away. Here you can visit a very important archeological site, with many fossils dating back to the cretaceous era (the famous Angel fish).

The building is a detached house with garden and yard (car park available on request),it has 3 large bedrooms and gives the possibility of housing singles or groups up to 8 people.

We had a very good time, as it has internal parking, I recommend to Mrs. Paola to install, on the gate, two electric motors to be able to open it with a remote control, it would greatly facilitate the guests and would be a plus for the structure.

Convenient structure because near the station. A little light in the room, there were a lot of hairs in the shower drain. Some breakfast spoons were dirty with coffee. The owners are nice.

Host very friendly and helpful, an excellent hostess. Rich breakfast, very comfortable bed, very spacious room, just like the bathroom. Only note, some hair in the shower and on the floor. Overall very satisfied and definitely, if I have the opportunity, I will come back to stay here.

B&B La Quercia is logistically perfect right in front of San Bonifacio station. The value for money is excellent: courtesy, precision, a spacious room with bathroom and very capable, friendly, and helpful owners. An additional note to the kindness of the owners who greatly enhance the whole. I can't say much about breakfast (due to commitments I didn't linger much), but with an extra €5, a more abundant breakfast than the basic one (coffee and brioches) is provided.

I think the presence of an air conditioner in the room is important, think about it, with the temperature at 35 degrees it's hard not to sweat.

The owners are extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. The property is located in a very convenient position, both for the nearby highway exit and for its location facing the station, which allow you to easily reach many interesting places in the area. The rooms, as well as the bathrooms, are spacious, tastefully decorated, functional and above all clean. Simple or full breakfast available.\n\nThe value for money is excellent. Recommended.
