Description

The B&B "La Fermata" is located in the thermal village of Colà, in a house built in 2021 entirely with sustainable materials; in fact, the house is powered exclusively by solar panels and is equipped with all comforts such as cooling system in each room, underfloor heating, and an air recycling and purification system. It also has a private parking inside the property. The B&B "La Fermata" is situated in Colà di Lazise on Lake Garda, 700m away from the main entrance of the Thermal Park Villa dei Cedri.

Guests can enjoy a double bedroom with an additional bed if needed and another single room with one more bed, a windowed bathroom with a large shower, and a spacious living room for breakfast and relaxation with a comfortable sofa and TV, all designed for a family or a group of up to 4 people.

The amusement parks of Garda, such as Canevaworld, Gardaland, SeaLife, Movieland, as well as Parco Zoo Natura Viva and Parco Giardino Sigurtà, are just a few kilometers away from Colà. Moreover, the beach of Pacengo is a 5-minute drive away and the center of Lazise can be reached in 6 minutes.

We are very close to the bus stop, with the possibility of visiting the beautiful city of Verona without the hassle of parking.

Prices are per person:
- Adults: 40 euros per person
- Additional bed: 24 euros
- Children from 5 to 14 years old: 20 euros
- Children from 0 to 4 years old: free
- Tourist tax of 1 euro from 14 years old and above per person per night.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Franca who, with her hospitality and kindness, welcomed us to her cozy B&B. The structure is modern and well-kept, everything is very clean and functional. The bed is super comfortable, we slept really well; not to mention the breakfast with delicious and abundant croissants according to our needs. The structure is located about 5 minutes by car from the lake, but for the price and the quiet location away from the chaos of the lakeshore, it is perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for only one night. The structure is brand new and super quiet, just a stone's throw from Villa dei Cedri park and still in a rather strategic position to visit the attractions of Lake Garda. By car, we reached Acquardens in 20 minutes, the Natura Viva Park in less than 10, and the center of Lazise in less than 5 minutes. Mrs. Franca was very kind and available to meet our vacation plans. We will definitely return.

Super friendly family-run B&B. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The B&B is still very new, so it is not yet visible on Maps. The rooms are extremely comfortable and modern. Nothing is missing here. The breakfast is plentiful and good, and the family takes care of everything. The B&B is located in a very quiet area. You can reach Lake Garda, Gardaland, and Movieland in a few minutes by car. The family speaks Italian and English. We would gladly come back.

New apartment with modern and functional furniture. Large double bedroom with an additional bed and a single room. Windowed bathroom. Spacious living room with sofa/TV. Rich and excellent breakfast. Fridge available. No kitchen. Quiet area and a few minutes from the thermal baths, the lake, and amusement parks. Indoor parking. Outside there is also a small table with chairs. We have been staying at this B&B with my family for two years to break up the journey to the mountains, and it has now become a very pleasant habit for us. The structure is located just a few minutes from the center of Lazise, it is brand new, the apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfortable (we have stayed in many hotels but this bed is by far the most comfortable). The parking space is inside the structure, closed with an automatic gate. The breakfast is excellent, super abundant with fresh croissants and bread, fresh fruit, and much more. Not to mention Mrs. Franca, very kind and helpful! For us, it is absolutely a fixed stop every year. See you next summer, thank you for everything!

Very convenient to the various amusement parks in the area (many reachable in less than 10 minutes by car) and to the shores of Lake Garda. New, clean, with air conditioning, with parking inside the property and closed by a gate. The owner is very kind and helpful. If we come back to the area, we will definitely return!

Brand new structure, welcoming and meticulously cared for in every detail, a dream house. Saying excellent is an understatement. Wonderful. Mrs. Franca welcomed me and showed me the apartment, all new, modern and very beautiful furniture. Huge shower bathroom. Spacious living room. This B&B is located in a quiet area, in a strategic position a few steps from Garda parks and a few kilometers from Lazise. The structure is new, clean, and fragrant, equipped with all comforts. The breakfast served by the owner is also excellent and rich. Ms. Franca made us feel comfortable right away and even though check-in was in the afternoon, she was available to change it to meet our needs. I highly recommend it!

Extremely clean structure (you practically have the whole house at your disposal), everything you need is there (fridge, microwave, TV, sofa...), all clean, modern and super tidy. Excellent value for money. Super breakfast with, among other things, fresh pastries. Mrs. Franca very courteous, always available and a pleasant person to chat with. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night, using the structure as a base for a day at Gardaland. The location is excellent for those who want to go to Gardaland, with supermarkets and McDonald's a few minutes away by car. As soon as we entered the completely renovated structure, we found cleanliness, fragrance, and order. The linens were very clean and fragrant. Mrs. Franca was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, presented in the right quantities. It consisted of freshly baked croissants, fresh bread, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices, Nutella, various jams, and biscuits. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely return! I highly recommend it.
