Description

“Hemmara” bed and breakfast is situated in Rotzo, one of the eight towns of the Sette Comuni Highland.

You’ve found an ideal location as in only ten minutes you can reach the ski slopes and make Alpine skiing in Verena Mountain or Nordic skiing in Campolongo.

Asiago is the chief town of the highland and it’s only 10 km far.

After the total renovation of the property, the structure is very elegant and dashing and with all the comforts.

There are three light rooms, one different from the other; all the rooms have private shower and WC, wi-fi access.

We offer daily cleaning and towels and bed linen change.

Breakfast buffet with local produces and also coffee, tea, honey, milk, confitures, yogurt, fruits and cornflakes.

These rooms are available all year round to welcome you.

Rates are per room per day and include breakfast.

Good value solutions for families with children or for long stay.

Hello, I'm Federica and I personally manage the B&B Hèmmara. I have always wanted to open a B&B and in July 2012, I made my dream come true.

Often my guests tell me that they can feel the love I put into renovating and decorating the spaces, and that is the compliment that means the most to me. My goal was indeed to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can feel "at home" after a walk or a day on the snow.

I am happy to live in a wonderful place and I look forward to welcoming you to Rotzo, to let you discover it.

Federica is a very professional and charming host. She was a little late with breakfast but she amended that by providing a very good, abundant, excellent, colorful, and tasteful one. Her place is extremely clean, warm, easy to reach, and very comfortable after a long day on the ski. The overall experience was so good that we will use her hospitality again.

Green vacation of 5 days in B&B Hèmmara pleasantly furnished, sober and functional. Unbeatable cleanliness in all environments. An additional note of merit to Federica who manages her B&B with passion and does everything to make the stay pleasant with advice and suggestions on the local destinations. Breakfast of surprising goodness and quantity. If we had to repeat the type of vacation, it will certainly be our choice of stay.

All perfect: new and well-kept structure down to the smallest details, excellent cleanliness, abundant and quality breakfast. I gave an 8 to the location of the structure because it is close to the road and therefore a bit noisy, but it is not a big problem because at night very few cars pass by, almost none, and during the day few. So it's acceptable.

The thing that struck me the most about this property is the care for particular and harmonious details. Upon entering, you immediately relax. The room not clean super clean, impeccable. Very good breakfast but it would be better to have a few more slices of cold cuts and cheeses. Otherwise everything perfect. The manager is very kind and helpful.

Very nice room, even if small. Still well taken care of in detail. The breakfast area is quite large and the breakfast was very good, abundant and well cared for. The structure is located near the places I was interested in visiting. Possibility of dinner with some affiliated restaurants. We tried one and it was a very good choice. Mrs. Federica has always been very kind and caring.

B&B really excellent, very clean and welcoming environment. Super availability and courtesy. The attic room is a bit small but cute and carefully detailed. Both the room and the breakfast room are tastefully and stylishly furnished. The owner is very talented in creating with extreme imagination all those details that make the environment stunning. Excellent breakfast. I recommend it to everyone and hope to return one day.

I have just been for a long weekend and I really appreciated the structure, the kindness, availability and discretion of Federica. The rooms are very cute as well as the whole structure and, after a long time, I finally slept cradled by the silence. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend time on the 7 Comuni plateau.

Superlative, every time you thought you had received a cuddle, you turned around in another corner and received another one. The owner is very prepared in embellishing her spaces and in describing and suggesting those in the surroundings, excellent cleanliness and design.

Beautiful, well-kept, and very clean room. Super breakfast, welcoming and courteous staff. It is a good starting point for excursions. There are maps available and many useful tips on things to see and do. The village is charming and peaceful, just a few minutes by car from Asiago. Recommended!

My experience is very positive, I rarely stay in a B&B but this property has nothing to envy to a hotel. I have been working in the hotel industry for about 20 years, but finding a KING SIZE mattress in a B&B is truly commendable. Excellent impression from the Manager, a discreet person. I will return.

Il B&B ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative, curato nei minimi dettagli, caldo, accogliente, padrona di casa molto attenta, pronta a cogliere e soddisfare le esigenze dell’ospite, ottima colazione con prodotti del territorio accuratamente selezionati e buonissime torte fatte in case. Federica, la titolare, oltre ad essere una perfetta padrona di casa è anche una bravissima parrucchiera.

Non serve dilungarsi con la recensione. Posso solo dire che questo B&B è un vero e proprio "gioiellino". Ho apprezzato molto le decorazioni, molto curate ed in particolar modo la torta ricotta e amaretti. Consigliatissimo.

Arredamento nuovo e super curato nel design, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, completa disponibilità e simpatia della proprietaria. La colazione prevedeva di tutto, dal salato al dolce, con ottimi prodotti (anche latte di soia e prodotti dietetici no glutine), nonché una torta di mele fatta la mattina dalla proprietaria, proprio per noi. Una di noi era allergica ai latticini e la proprietaria si è proposta addirittura di andare al supermercato a comprare gli yogurt di soia (era domenica mattina !), e nonostante che le abbiamo detto che non serviva, ci sarebbe andata col sorriso. Gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente.

Il B&B è molto carino, accogliente e nuovo!Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti ma saremo rimasti volentieri. Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza dalla signora Federica. Comodo ai centri più vicini, alle piste e a qualsiasi attività si voglia fare, sia in inverno che in estate. Di sicuro lo super consigliamo e speriamo di poterci tornare.
