Description

El Pajon is a beautiful, relaxed, 150-year-old bed and breakfast farmhouse set against the mountain backdrop of Dolada in Northern Italy. A fantastic base to experience the majestic wonder of the Dolomites.

El Pajon is located in the quiet foothill village of Vich, a short distance form Ponte Nella Alpi, easy access to the ever popular ski resort of Nevegal, a short stroll to the calming shores of St Croce lake and a relaxing train ride away from Venice. Giving you endless opportunities to relax and enjoy.

All our food is grown with in El Pajon's five acres of land or locally sourced to provide our guests with healthy naturally grown produce.

We can accommodate up to six guests in our farm house.

Parking is available and we are able to arrange a pick up service from either the local train station or Venice Traviso airport.

There are endless possible activities to be enjoyed so please contact us with your enquiries and we will be happy to help.

We were a group of six friends and we stayed one night at Francesca's place, who welcomed us with great kindness by offering us a cold beer under the wonderful tree in the garden (after a day riding under the August sun, a welcome cold beer in good company is priceless!). The place is wonderful, surrounded by nature with many animals. The three rooms are clean and welcoming, the shared bathroom is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the garden and offered their own products: honey, jams, homemade bread, freshly milked milk, coffee, and yogurt. Fantastic! We had a great time, Francesca and her husband were very kind and super welcoming. We will definitely return.

A corner of paradise in the middle of nature. Francesca and Enrico are exceptional hosts, unique, super hospitable, courteous and helpful. Immersed in the peace of the greenery, among goats, cows, and various animals, my family and I stayed here for just one night. Without rhetoric, it's a place as simple as true where you return to eat homemade products from the night before, drink freshly milked milk, spend an evening laughing around the kitchen table, and wake up in the morning to the crowing of the rooster with a view of the meadows and mountains. The rooms are clean and welcoming, very clean bathroom and a super-family structure. A must-stop if I come back to those parts. Truly highly recommended for everything!

I really like this property. Francesca is super welcoming, everything is clean, it is located in the middle of nature and therefore very peaceful. The sleep is excellent. The breakfast (served in the garden if the weather is nice) is superb, with homemade products. We will definitely come back. Thank you Francesca!

We spent three wonderful days at B&B El Pajon. We were welcomed with simplicity and warmth, we were offered a beautiful, comfortable, and clean accommodation, we tasted a lot of good things produced by Francesca and took the opportunity to practice some English thanks to two friendly American woofers. We felt 'at home' and our son immediately became very fond and continues to ask for Aunt Chicca. And to not miss anything, it is full of animals and the view is splendid. We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

The B&B El Pajon is a very nice, comfortable and cozy house, located in a quiet place that is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Furthermore, the owners are very sociable, friendly, helpful and open to dialogue. From Vich, it is possible to reach tourist and skiing destinations in a short time. We spent a New Year's Eve in total relaxation with six people. Francesca and Roberto, the managers, are fantastic, practically like family. Excellent breakfast with homemade products. Clean and very welcoming structure immersed in the valleys and Belluno mountains. Fantastic view. Everything was very pleasant, the place and especially Francesca's availability and friendliness. The breakfast was splendid with all the products made by her and her little friends. The goat ricotta with blueberry jam and her fabulous honey, she also made the fresh bread. We will definitely return, maybe for the next walking tour along the memory paths. Thank you Fra.

I found excellent hospitality and a spirit of sharing. I did not know the area, but Francesca and Roberto gave me great advice to fully enjoy the week. And then tasting the excellent products at breakfast, under the large mulberry tree, with the panoramic view in front, makes you feel "pampered". Thank you.

Excellent welcome and availability. Great for the whole family the visit to the "Educational Farm". The children keep asking when we are going back to Francesca. Good location, clean environment and with the added bonus of animals on the estate.
