The village of Fornesighe, original for its architecture, when homes and villages were born spontaneously from the needs of rural life, offers tranquility, traditional hospitality in a sunny and strategic position for summer excursions or winter skiing.

"Dormì e Disnà" is a typical building made of wood and stone, renovated in full respect of the original structure, which in its articulated architecture houses rooms with bathroom of different types, apartments and a small restaurant.

A wake-up with an incredibly beautiful view and soft classical music in the background..and then breakfast!
We define our breakfast as Mediterranean. We believe it’s wonderful to offer what belongs to you by culture and tradition, so on our table, you’ll find homemade cake (and if you're vegan or gluten-free, just let us know, and we’ll make a treat for you too), yogurt, muesli, flakes, fruit—often in the form of a fresh fruit salad in the morning—apple juice, at least two types of bread, homemade jams as well as packaged ones, fresh organic farm eggs, but if you can’t do without savory food, just ask and we’ll make sure to have it for you.

„Nona Giò“ is a delightful little restaurant with a few tables, an old stove with a modern fireplace, a simple yet original atmosphere. It was once the kitchen of Grandma Giovanna, and just as the name is tied to the history of this place, many of the dishes are also linked to our local territory.

The restaurant, managed by Jasmeen and Giuseppe, is partnered with us – open from Thursday to Monday for dinner and aperitifs, and also for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Our guests who book at the restaurant will receive a 20% discount per person for a menu with at least two courses, a 10% discount for the tasting menu or for catering orders for those staying in the apartments (drinks and cover charge excluded).

We recommend making a RESERVATION IN ADVANCE.

We are a bit like our house, an old house lovingly restored and with some modernity.

You don't arrive here by accident or passing through, but when you enter in our house you feel welcomed by the warmth of the atmosphere..we love our country, our mountains in summer as in winter, we're not crazy alpine skiers, but we will advise you of the good paths of mountaineering ski or snowshoes and in the summer you'll be spoiled for choice between quiet paths and more climbing.

For us to have guests in your home means to live in a wonderful place, a bit out of the world..but is the world to come here.

We enjoyed our stay at Fornesighe tremendously, especially for the outstanding location of our bed and breakfast. The hosts were extremely friendly, the location was great, our accommodation was spotless, and the breakfast fantastic. Furthermore, we got great recommendations for our day trips. What a great place! Right next to the bed-and-breakfast is an outstanding restaurant, which serves excellent food within a very short walking distance.

Wonderful Hosts, great place. My girlfriend and I dined at their Restaurant (food was marvelous), breakfast (if I could give more than 10 stars) almost everything we tasted was local grown products. I highly advise this location and we will definitely return.

This structure leaves one speechless because it welcomes discreetly but every detail is an explosion of originality... in the true sense of the word. You feel like you're in an ancient time but with today's eyes. The whole house smells of ancient and charm and there are no two identical walls or two identical wooden beams. And this apparent confusion is instead beautiful. The welcoming and caring hostess, the sincere and delicious cuisine. It was truly regenerating 2 days. I recommend it to those who need to catch their breath from the frenzy.

We booked the small apartment with the fireplace. Stunning view of the mountains always kissed by the sun. The only negative downside in the room is the lack of light. Otherwise, everything was top-notch.

Whoever thinks that wood and stone are synonymous with old and outdated must stay at this B&B and will understand that the past can only enrich the present. The structure is meticulously cared for, respecting the characteristics of the ancient houses of Fornesighe. Anna and Renato are excellent hosts and offer valuable advice for excursions in the Dolomites and walks among the typical neighboring villages. Having breakfast in front of a magnificent mountain panorama fills not only the stomach but also the heart.

The excellent location allows for easy and complete movement throughout the area. The room is delightful and the view from both the room and the breakfast room is unmatched. Perfect. Thanks also to the wonderful and attentive managers.
