What guests say

Guests praise the excellent cleanliness, comfortable modern rooms and welcoming hosts. The location is convenient for reaching Venice by bus or train, with stops and the station nearby; the shared kitchen and local shops are useful too. A couple of points to note: breakfast could offer more fresh options, and parking is paid.

Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Perfect location, bus stop to Venice 2 minutes away, journey about 10 minutes. Parking in front of the building. Room very clean as are the common areas, nothing to complain about. Good bedding. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

I came for the second time and hope to return. The hosts are very kind, the room is very clean, tastefully furnished with everything needed, the kitchen is well equipped. From the station, it's a 10-minute walk, supermarket across the street, you feel safe both in the room and in the building. I appreciate very much how the soundproofing is done, as a tour guide I can compare many other facilities. I recommend it for both couples and solo travelers.

It is 6 minutes by bus from Venice, and the stop is 4 steps away on foot. Very clean. Quiet. Economical for what there is in Venice. The landlord was very kind to us and explained the best conditions to enjoy Venice.

Grazie Luisa!
