Description

We are a friendly and welcoming B&B surrounded by greenery, close to Venice and Treviso, a few steps from the Piave River with the Dolomites and the sea of Caorle and Jesolo at your fingertips. You will find us in Fossalta di Piave, a countryside town on the right bank of the river loved by Hemingway, easily accessible thanks to the A4 motorway (exits S. Donà di Piave or Meolo) and the train station (Venice - Trieste), just 2 km away.

A short walk from our house you will find the bus stop that will take you directly to Marco Polo Airport in Tessera, Mestre, Venice, S. Donà di Piave or Treviso. Thanks to our strategic location, art cities, the Noventa di Piave Designer Outlet, the sea with Jesolo and Caorle, the Prosecco hills, and the Dolomites with Cortina are easily reachable.

The welcoming family-run structure is a country house that has 3 spacious and bright rooms where silence reigns supreme. The outdoor garden is the perfect place to relax on the available sun loungers or for children to have fun in the dedicated play area. During the warm season, we serve breakfast outside under the pergola with a wonderful view of the park. We also have various types of bicycles available for exciting excursions along the Piave river paths, as well as a small workshop with washing facilities for bicycles and motorcycles. Se have many cats in the park.

Lucia will be delighted to welcome guests to B&B Bella Piave, providing them with all the information and suggestions to visit the multiple beauties of this territory.

Upon waking up, you will find an inviting breakfast buffet with genuine and typical products: freshly baked homemade brioches, biscuits, jams and honey, fresh bread, fruit juice, yogurt, cheese spreads, fresh seasonal fruit, milk, coffee, tea, and upon request, also eggs, local cured meats, and cheeses.

During the warmer season, we will serve breakfast outdoors under the pergola with a marvelous view of our park.

The accommodation is very friendly and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Quiet place in the greenery. Spacious, spotless, and welcoming room not far from the center of the village. Owners are helpful and kind. We really appreciated their friendliness. The location is suitable for many historical, cultural, and scenic excursions. Explanations and brochures are available at the Bed and Breakfast. Shopping opportunities are just a few kilometers away.

Lucia, along with her family, creates an atmosphere that makes you feel at home with her passion, tenacity, and kindness! The property is very well-kept, starting from the outdoor areas with a large garden, flowers, trees, and small relaxation corners to the interior: spacious rooms, well-kept, tidy, and impeccable cleanliness. The place is not noisy as it is located outside the center but allows you to reach many destinations! From historical cities to the sea! We stayed for a week for a medical visit. Mrs. Lucia, the owner, was immediately kind, attentive, and always available. The structure is very nice and has all the comforts, it is clean and allows for independence and privacy. It is located in a strategic position, also great for reaching the Rizzola Clinic in just 9 minutes.

Excellent hospitality and welcome, well-kept and clean apartment, complete and abundant breakfast (both sweet and savory), and the outdoor garden is well maintained. I arrived on foot along the Via Postumia path, and it is easily reachable from there, located about 1.5 km from the boat bridge over the Piave River, towards Oderzo - Musile di Piave. Even with my second, very spontaneous request, we were warmly welcomed and every effort was made to make us feel completely comfortable. The apartment is very modern, well-kept, and super clean. Lucia and her husband are so warm - you just have to feel comfortable. For breakfast, everything one could wish for was offered, no wish remained unfulfilled.

The structure is nice and clean, with a beautiful garden patio for breakfast. It is located in a quiet countryside area, with corn, soybean, and vine plantations. Pleasant short vacation, from a strategic location that allowed us to visit part of the province of Treviso and also the province of Venice. Kind and caring host, never failed to provide us with news and directions to visit absolutely interesting places. We stayed with 3 people for one night. At the reception, everything was explained very well to us and the keys were handed over. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the bathroom is also warm and very clean. Outside there is a large garden surrounded by plants to enjoy in warmer periods. Convenient private parking with a gate. Breakfast as agreed. All accompanied by a lot of kindness and passion from the owners, always available for any eventuality, and an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. We were very happy and will definitely return soon.

We cannot speak highly enough of our hosts Lucia and Paulo and Bella Piave B&B. Their hospitality was the best we experienced during our time at several different locations across Italy. From the warm welcome, great conversation (and the Prosecco!), to the excellent and filling breakfast in the wonderful outdoor peaceful setting, combined with a great breakfast chat, we highly recommend Bella Piave and would not hesitate in returning if we get back to Italy.

We were warmly welcomed at the B&B Bella Piave by the owner Lucia and her family. The accommodation is very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet is very rich and with fresh products from the region. The B&B is conveniently located in a quiet area. Excursions to Venice can be easily done by train from the Fossalta di Piave station, parking is free. Jesolo and Caorle (beautiful old town) are not too far away for outings or beach holidays. Bikes can be rented for free and, with all the bike paths in the area, it's very relaxing. There is also a 9 km Nordic Walking route along the Piave, very well signposted. For more excursion tips, Lucia is always available. We will come back, Renata and André.

We chose this B&B as a base for excursions in the area, we found a wonderful place, immersed in greenery, in the silence that we miss so much in the city. The rooms are simply furnished but nothing is missing, bright, well air-conditioned but above all spotlessly clean! Breakfast is served in the patio, there is a lot of choice and above all abundance. And then there is her, the true heart of the B&B, Mrs. Lucia, kind, always more than available, always ready to meet you, almost maternal. It was a beautiful stay. Highly recommended.

We booked this B&B for our Transalpine Hiking Tour from Munich to Venice. It is located directly on the route, so you don't have to take a detour. The B&B was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed to recover well from the demanding daily tours. Moreover, the breakfast was plentiful and good, of course! Lucia, the hostess, was really nice and friendly to us. She made our stay as pleasant as possible and was always there when we had a question or needed anything. You can tell she runs her business with passion! All in all, it was a really nice stay and I can only recommend her B&B. I would come back here anytime.

After over a year of Covid, we ended up at Lucia's place. It was the holiday we were expecting. A very clean house, with a quiet and wonderfully large garden. Pure relaxation! Lucia took care of us lovingly and gave us many valuable tips for excursions. There are many of them, as the place is very suitable for day trips. For example, 20 minutes by train to Venice. Even a walk along the Piave River was very romantic. We are very much looking forward to coming back and exploring the area further.

This was the nicest Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. It is located 5 minutes from the small town center of Fossalta di Piave, a beautiful walk. It is quiet, private, and the owner is extremely hospitable, making sure all your needs are attended to. The rooms are big and akin to a 5-star hotel room. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to the Veneto area.

Courtesy, availability and cleanliness are the characteristics that strike you. But the comfort and the delicious and abundant breakfast are certainly not inferior. The owner is very kind and extremely caring, and she works to make you appreciate the stay and give you information on what to see in the area with advice, maps, and valuable directions. The tranquility and the well-kept garden make the stay a truly relaxing moment.

We stayed 3 nights with our children who immediately made friends with the owner's son. We felt like at home with family, exceptional people, everything great: accommodation, breakfast, and cleanliness. Courtesy and friendship are the key ingredients!

Sublime experience. The accuracy and sweetness of the owner Lucia who accompanied us during the days we stayed at B&B Bella Piave made us feel at home. B&B Bella Piave is immersed in greenery, meticulously cared for, very clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms, very generous breakfast, large and comfortable shower. I highly recommend this place.

We were cycling on the Munich - Venice route. From there it is only a short way through Fosslata to this wonderful B&B Bella Piave. We were incredibly warmly welcomed by Lucia and her family. The rooms were very cozy and very clean. Lucia recommended a good pizzeria within walking distance. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. We enjoyed our stay very much and will always remember it very positively.

Short stay as a couple. New structure, very tidy and clean. The owner is lively and capable in her work, her husband is helpful and attentive to our needs. We travel by motorcycle and the structure offers covered parking, so recommended for those traveling by motorcycle or bike. They advised us well on both the activities to do in the area and where to eat (understanding our expectations). Overall very good experience. Structure that we feel like recommending.

My husband and I with our three children (12, 10, and 5 years old) stayed for a few nights at the B&B Bella Piave and we had a great time! We had two rooms and a bathroom all to ourselves: the rooms are spacious and well-kept with attention to detail. Every morning we were greeted with a varied, good, and plentiful breakfast. The owners, Lucia and Paolo, are two wonderful people, the kind that enter your heart and make you feel at home: Lucia, who speaks several languages, is very helpful and passionate about her work, the area, the culture, and the nature and extensively advised us on the various local possibilities; Paolo, her husband, was equally helpful, even waiting up for us until late in an evening when we had some problems away from home; finally, Marco, their son, a very nice playmate for our children in the large garden equipped also for guests! We really felt at home! Lastly, the location is a great starting point to visit Venice, which can be reached directly from Fossalta comfortably by train! Thank you from the heart, Lucia, Paolo, and Marco!

Very good welcome, warm and friendly. The house and its surroundings are beautiful, very clean and offer various services and excursions. The apartment is spacious. A quality breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. Our children had a great time. Lucia also speaks French. We had an excellent stay and thank Lucia and her family for this pleasant time spent with them. We highly recommend them. To be done again with pleasure. Thank you.
