Al Teatro Bed & Breakfast is housed in a meticulously restored typical Venetian house, facing the water entrance of La Fenice Theater, one of the most famous opera theaters of the world, and just a few minutes walking from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge.

Al Teatro is the ideal solution for a cheap and comfortable stay in the heart of Venice old town center, located in a quiet area close to all the main monuments and attractions. Your holiday near La Fenice Theater will be pure magic thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere of a typical Venetian B&B

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 11 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 35% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 10 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 12:00 PM
Final cleaning is included in the price

The breakfast included just about anything that would satisfy anyone's diet, healthy, hearty and exactly what you need to start your day off.

Breakfast is plentiful with a wide selection of food: cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, fresh bread and baked goods, sweet rolls cheeses, ham, salami and eggs... large cup of cappuccino/coffe/tea.

Fabulous host, Mrs. Eleonora, a true Venetian with best advice, recommendations, knowledge of the city, and a refreshing wry humor. Location is perfect, right in the midst of San Marco, yet on a quiet calle by the canal.

Located behind the Teatro la Fenice and very close to St. Mark's Square, just a few meters from the vaporetto stop. The owner Eleonora turned out to be an excellent consultant, always ready for every request. Highly recommended.

I booked a weekend in Venice at B&B Al Teatro and I had a great time. The location is excellent and Eleonora literally made us feel at home: she is very kind, helpful and also gave us great tips on where to eat.

Eleonora was great, kind and helpful. Gave great recommendations of things to do and places to see, food to eat. Location is right in the middle of Venice near St. Mark's with lots of things nearby. The only note I'd make to anybody visiting Venice or this B&B is to prepare for the mosquitoes as we all got bitten fairly badly and the plug-in device didn't work. Maybe recommend bug netting for the windows or something to deter them. I recommend this property though and enjoyed it.

Great B&B. Centrally located in Venice, and our host Eleonora was wonderful. She made a great breakfast, gave us loads of helpful information, and most of all, she was fun to talk with each morning. The room was large and airy. It had air-conditioning, windows that overlooked small canals where gondolas were fun to watch, and a huge comfortable bed. My husband and I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough! Lovely!

Al Teatro is a wonderful place to stay in Venice and Eleanora a great hostess! The location is perfect for those looking to be close to the action yet be able to enjoy the quiet moments Venice has to offer. Right on a canal frequented by gondolas treating you to beautiful song out your window and creating master piece quality photos you can't go wrong! Also, Eleanora was so gracious accommodating my Gluten Free Diet, she understood the difference between Gluten Intolerance and Celiac needing different parameters. You can't go wrong staying here, I almost want to keep this place my secret!

The location and the beautiful room were very nice, Eleonore's good advice in searching for and booking restaurants was very helpful. Only criticism: still too many single-use products (plastic waste) at breakfast and in the room.

We absolutely loved this place! It is located in the heart of San Marco - walking distance from the most spectacular architecture and historic sites, as well as from great restaurants and cafes. The room has two French doors that open to a balcony over a canal. The atmosphere from this canal is quiet and magical. Sparkling clean, air conditioned, and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our family of three. Eleonora, the host, is very kind and helpful. She contacted us beforehand to give us details on how to arrive - Google maps will not offer clear directions! But Eleonora will. We highly recommend this B&B.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au B&B Al Teatro et tout était parfait. L’emplacement est de choix tout proche de la place St Marc. Eléonora nous a reçus chaleureusement et nous a prodigué d’excellents conseils et adresses. La chambre Rose était magnifique avec une excellente literie, alors que la salle de bains était parfaite. Un très bon petit déjeuner nous attendait le matin. Nous remercions encore Eléonora pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons.
