Breakfast
Hey from Maria
I hope you will enjoy the cosy and familiar atmosphere: having breakfast in our spacious kitchen, reading or relaxing in our court or leaving room, you will be able to rest in the quiet and comfortable bedroom.
I was a teacher at the primary school and I gladly welcome families with children. I love to entertain my guests suggesting them tailored and unusual itinerary around the city to discover the history and authentic Venetian life.
Since the house is located very close to the Rialto’s bridge, the heart of the city, it won’t be difficult to find your way through the typical Venetian calli and campielli.
I look forward to welcoming you as our guest.

What guests say
Reviews highlight the accommodation’s excellent central and quiet location, making it convenient to visit Venice’s main attractions on foot. Maria, the host, is frequently praised for her warm hospitality and attention to guests’ needs. The rooms are noted to be spacious, clean, and decorated in traditional Venetian style; some even overlook a canal. The homemade breakfast, generous and varied, is a consistent favorite. While guests enjoy the home-like atmosphere and peaceful setting, a few mentioned difficulty in finding the entrance, as there is no exterior signage, and in some cases, the private bathroom is located outside the room. Overall, value for money is considered high, and the property is recommended for those seeking an authentic, comfortable stay in Venice.
