Description
The structure is entirely made of wood and derivatives with internal finishes in clay: natural materials combined with dry technologies that avoid the use of harmful substances for health.

The spaces open towards the outside with a terrace and large windows that frame the surrounding landscape. On clear days, the panorama of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking.

The thermohydraulic and electrical systems, largely powered by renewable sources (solar thermal panels and photovoltaic panels), ensure high comfort and reduce consumption by about 70%. The construction is classified as A+ (excellent value).

The B&B has three rooms available, 2 with the possibility of an additional crib for children up to 3 years old, 1 with the possibility of an additional bed for children up to 17 years old. Double or twin rooms, spacious and bright. Simply but functionally furnished. Private bathroom in the room with sink, toilet, and shower. Hairdryer available for guests. Rooms equipped with independent air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, television, wardrobe, bed linen, and towels, kettle with coffee, tea, and chamomile available for guests. Desk available.

Situated in a peaceful, residential area, this brand new facility is on the second floor with no elevator. Also nearby are the Garda Parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, and Sigurtà.

The room was very cozy and clean, with everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The host was always very active and responsive, waiting for us until the evening for check-in and was very kind. Quiet area with plenty of parking in front, 15 minutes from Verona. Recommended!

The coffee and cappuccino were almost cold. I do not know how long the juice in the carton had been open. I suggest to the manager to purchase single portions, perhaps in glass bottles. Aside from breakfast, everything was fine.

Very clean and well-maintained apartment. Only downside is the lack of bottled water in the room. I recommend it for business trips, very close to the highway and airport.

Convenient structure as it is close to the airport, very kind and helpful owner! Beautiful cozy and clean rooms, being on the top floor a splendid view from the common terrace for smokers and non-smokers (no elevator but manageable). I recommend it!

We stayed at B&B Ai Santi and had a great time. I highly recommend it for the quality-price ratio and the courtesy. We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Upon our arrival, Mr. Emiliano welcomed us explaining all the anticovid rules and then showed us our room (we had the purple one) which was extremely clean and meticulously cared for in every detail. We had a great time, the breakfast was varied and Mr. Emiliano is very kind and always ready to meet any request. The location is also strategic and really just a few minutes from the airport. I recommend it to everyone! We will definitely return.

We had the entire ground floor apartment to ourselves, so we felt like locals. The landlady (Serena) was extremely kind and accommodating, thanks to my language skills open-hearted and trusting.\n\nHowever, the address was a bit difficult to find because there was no sign.
