Description
Just next to the Austrian arsenal dedicated to Franz Joseph I, that hosted the troops of the Famous Marshal Radetzky, the building where the B&B "Arsenal Suites" is located appears as a small treasure preserved by the passing of time, in the midst of modern buildings that surround it.
This is what struck me when I first saw that gate, beyond which I could have a glimpse to a garden from another time and a stunning Liberty style house.
Here I wanted my rooms. I created them associating the history of this house with modern technologies (each room is provided with domotics system, keypads with numeric code for access to the B&B and to the rooms without actual keys).
I want my guests feel at home, surrounded by every comfort, but at the same time feel the charm of old times, that type of charm that only a city like Verona can give.
They can spend peaceful nights far from the noise of the city, but then, right outside the gate of our house in Piazza Arsenale, they will find themselves in front of the extraordinary Castel Vecchio Bridge. Just on the other side of this bridge they will arrive in one of the best parts of Verona city centre, which in few steps will lead them to Arena

Nice room, with small outdoor area. Nearby a good parking garage. A few steps and you are at Castel Vecchio.
Good location and nice that you can walk from the city into the quiet.

The property has 3 private rooms, each with their own private outdoor patio. There is a communal kitchen area with many different types of drinks and some breakfast items, all in individual portion plus fresh bakery items are provided to each room in the morning. Paid secure parking is next door in an underground structure. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The location is very close to the old city center but very private and peaceful. Entry to the property is handled via a phone app and is all touchless.

Individuell eingerichtetes Zimmer (1von3) mit eigener kleiner Sitzgelegenheit im Garten. Frühstück individuell und problemlos buchbar. Großzügiges und sicher wirkendes Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Altstadt fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Netter Kontakt mit Betreiber per WhatsApp. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ci siamo stati per una notte. Siamo arrivati con la macchina - molto vicino al parcheggio “Arsenale”. Attenzione che alla sera verrà chiusa questa porta e si ha un viaggio più lungo al B&B.
Per andare al centro si ha 5 minuti. La camera è silenziosa e facile. La colazione era ben organizzata (si può dire quello che si vuole), solamente che si produce più rifiuti con i sacchetti (spero che qualche di questi possono riusare).
Per una notte vicino al centro: Ottimale e si può consigliarlo.

Struttura super consigliata. Comoda al centro, piccola e accogliente, un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel centro di Verona. Proprietario molto disponibile: nonostante il nostro arrivo in anticipo e la pulizia camere in corso, ci ha permesso di depositare i bagagli così da non doverli lasciare in macchina.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

La struttura di Matteo è bellissima, in posizione super centrale, tutto pulitissimo e super funzionale. La camera (Zio Tom) è grande, calda, silenziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Il servizio di colazione è gestito benissimo e Matteo è un perfetto padrone di casa, rapidissimo nelle comunicazioni e disponibile a fornire informazioni. Inoltre, una delle cose che più ho apprezzato è la comodità del check-in per l’apertura del cancello e del portone e che il posto sia dog friendly. Felicissima di aver trovato prodotti senza glutine e latte vegetale. L’arsenale suites è più che un b&b, è una esperienza davvero perfetta che consiglio e che ripeterò senza dubbio.

Ottima struttura, ottimo gestore. Camera e zona comune pulitisdime tutto arredato nel migliore dei modi.
Gestore super gentile e sempre presente ad ogni richiesta. Colazione super abbondante con parecchie cose gia a disposizione in frigo e fuori frigo piu consegna del fresco al Mattino seguente.
Ottima posizione, situato vicino al centro e comodo anche per il parcheggio quasi adiacente alla struttura. Consiglio pienamente questo b&b per ogni occasione.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura, posizione perfetta, vicino al parcheggio e a solo 10 minuti a piedi dall’Arena.
Il gestore è gentilissimo, assolutamente un punto di riferimento su Verona.

Bellissimo b&b, arredato con gusto, moderno, a due passi da Piazza Bra.
Ottima colazione.
Posteggi zona blu disponibili a due passi, oltre a un parcheggio sotterraneo. Il proprietario è molto gentile e a disposizione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per visitare Verona, mai trovata tanta qualità.
Gestore simpatico e attento su ogni necessità, tantissimi prodotti in frigo a disposizione degli ospiti, colazione ottima nonostante il problema covid, spaziale aprire porte e cancello con il proprio smartphone, camera bellissima e pulitissima, non potevamo trovare di meglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato un giorno per una fiera presso l'Arsenale che dista 30 MT, perciò la posizione era perfetta. Gentilissimo e molto disponibile il proprietario. Colazione ottima e completa.

La struttura è semplice, ma curatissima e comodissima per il centro anche se in una zona molto tranquilla e fuori dal traffico, sia pedonale sia automobilistico.

Matteo, che ci ha seguito nella prenotazione, è molto premuroso e prodigo di istruzioni su come usufruire al meglio dell'appartamento senza la sua presenza (si minimizzano i contatti per via dell'epidemia) e consigli. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi, la gestione è attenta ai dettagli. Super consigliato.

Posizione vicinissima a Castelvecchio, quindi in centro storico. Parcheggio comodo e se si è fortunati ci sono posti auto pubblico gratuiti. Parcheggio a pagamento disponibile adiacente al b&b. Matteo Il gestore è sempre efficiente, disponibile e professionale. Consigliato!

Posizione perfetta.
Incredibilmente comodo per parcheggiare la macchina e attraversando il ponte di e’ subito nel centro storico di Verona.
Camera calda e accogliente. Tutto molto pulito. Padrone di casa molto disponibile e attento.
