Inserted in the Residence SOLE DEL GARDA composed of houses of only two floors, in a quiet residential area and surrounded by greenery, just 1. 200m from the town of Lazise and its beaches, reachable on foot in 15 /20 minutes walk on pedestrian area or bike path. small dogs allowed (maximum 10 kg), the animals cannot access the swimming pools and cannot be left free in the communal garden for obvious reasons of safety and hygiene.

We have n. 2 cozy two-room apartments completely renovated in 2018, furnished with great attention to detail and equipped with the best comforts.

Small but cozy double room with a window and air conditioning, the door that separates it from the living area is equipped with a beautiful curtain for privacy.

SUITE LUNA (first floor) 40 sqm very bright living area, overlooking the large private south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside with a 5m electric curtain.
Living area with table and chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, double or single sofa bed (140x190cm), kitchenette with 4 gas burners, electric oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, crockery and designer cookware. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Small but cozy double room with window, the door that separates it from the living area has a nice curtain for privacy.

Common garden. Barbeque in masonry outdoors available. Internal parking not bookable, outdoor parking in front of the Residence always available.
The flats are equipped with blankets and pillows, mattress covers, bed linen and towels can be provided on request in advance at a cost of euro 12. 00 per person per week or per change.
The residence is divided into two separate areas, in the northernmost part there are two brand new swimming pools open for the summer season, from May to the end of September, one of which is for children, in a fenced area accessible only to guests of the reisence. The pools are 2 minutes walk from the apartments, this makes the location of the apartments more silent from the noise of the pool.

The bedroom has no door and is too small. As a couple with a child we had no privacy because there are no doors in the apartment, only one to the bathroom, which also means there is not much peace on the toilet. Clean apartment, but too noisy inside (central heating or neighbors) and outside (due to a neighboring restaurant or heavy vehicles). Too many connected devices can cause overloads and a power outage. The swimming pool is located on the other side of the street and not in the building's courtyard, so in high season it is difficult to find a spot; the same applies to a parking space in the building's private parking lot. The fee of €12 per person for towels and bed linen and €70 for the final cleaning is something I have never encountered elsewhere on Lake Garda and it does not seem fair to me. As an apartment it is somewhat secluded; it can be reached from the center in 20 minutes and from the beach in 15 minutes on foot. The grill is different; the one in the picture, I believe, has not been used for a long time. In summary, I can say that I left somewhat disappointed and somewhat tired.

Grazie di essere stati nostri graditi ospiti, dalla vostra recensione si capisce che non avete guardato minimante le foto e nemmeno letto la descrizione dell'appartamento dove viene ben spiegato che è di 40mq e che la camera da letto è divisa dalla zona giorno con una tenda. E' inoltre spiegato che la piscina è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento nella zona più a nord del Residence che è diviso in due parti. Ci sono due barbeque, uno condominiale in muratura (come mai non lo avete visto non lo so) e l'altro piccolino in ferro privato dell'appartamento per cui la foto del barbecue in muratura è reale! La biancheria da letto e da bagno non è inclusa ma la forniamo su prenotazione anche questo è ben spiegato. si sono 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lazise e dal lago, tutto scritto. I kwt sono 3, 5 standard in Italia, vi è stato spiegato bene all'arrivo che in Germania avete sicuramente kwt diversi nelle abitazioni e che se accendete tutti i dispositivi interni contemporaneamente potreste superate i kwt in dotazione, e quindi saltare la corrente. Non capisco cosa intendiate per rumoroso all'interno ?? Il riscaldamento è spento in agosto, e ovviamente l'aria condizionata un pò di rumore la fa, forse a casa non avete l'aria condizionata, in Germania credo proprio non vi serva e quindi non avevate idea che le macchine fanno comunque un pò di rumore. Vi consiglio vivamente la prossima volta che prenotate di leggere bene ciò che state prenotando, dove si trova e tutte le descrizioni in modo da non rimanere poi delusi e fare questo tipo di recensioni da dove si capisce che avete prenotato senza leggere la descrizione dell'appartamento. Facciamo presente che vostra figlia ho attaccato adesivi sulla sedia di legno e abbiamo fatto molta fatica a staccarli, avete inoltre portato con voi il vostro gatto senza avvisarci e chiedere se era possibile, sotto il divano abbiamo trovato tantissimi tappi di birra che non capiamo come mai li avete lanciati sotto il divano, questo per noi non è stato un comportamento molto educato.

We had a great stay. The added benefit of the pool, given the heat, was significant and appreciated. Given the distance from Lazise town center, we also got some exercise. On-site parking was always available. Recommended for families, including those with small children.

We are a family of 4 people + a little dog. The apartment is well located, very clean and equipped with everything you need including a guide to the area with suggestions (e.g. supermarkets, butcher, etc.). There was also a nice welcome kit with wine, fruit juice, biscuits, and snacks. The external garden provides peace and tranquility, the included parking is very convenient. The center can be easily reached on foot thanks to the cycle-pedestrian path.
