This property was mouldy in the so called... bathroom which was so skinny your knees touched the heater on the opposite wall when you sat on the toilet. It was a small cupboard size. Tiles were cracked on the floor & in the shower, with mould in the grouting. The tap had perhaps... ?? dried paint running down the side; the basin was patched by a 3 year old & the general state of the walls was... neglected. \n It was so noisy we hardly slept, so we moved out after 1 night of the 3 we had paid for! \nBy the way... breakfast is NOT supplied. You can go to the supermarket & cook up your own, however! I would never recommend this property.

Se lo ha trovato non abbastanza pulito sicuramente cercheremo di migliorare. Il bagno è vecchio come risulta chiaramente dalle foto. 2) se ha trovato la posizione rumorosa, le ricordo che ha scelto un' appartamento in pieno centro di Venezia a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto... 3) Questa struttura NON PUÒ offrire la colazione, come da legge. Questo non è un hotel o un Bed and breakfast come ben scritto nel sito online 4) per quanto riguarda il suo voto al gestore, le ricordo che vi ho fatto il check in di mattina anche se da condizioni è dalle 15. Il check in è andato bene. Vi ho dato una mappa della città e tutte le informazioni che di solito do a tutti gli ospiti. Eravate soddisfatti. Il giorno dopo ho ricevuto un suo messaggio che diceva che l'appartamento non vi piaceva e che lo avevate già lasciato lasciando le chiavi sul tavolo e chiedendo la restituzione delle due notti rimanenti. NON AVETE neache cercato un confronto per valutare assieme. Vi ho detto che l'appartamento in ogni caso sarebbe rimasto a vostra disposizione per i giorni prenotati. A riguardo segnalo che sono passata nell'appartamento e ho trovato la porta completamente aperta con le chiavi sul mobile. CHIUNQUE SAREBBE POTUTO ENTRARE! Concludo suggerendo a tutti di guardare bene le foto, le descrizioni e condizioni prima di fare una prenotazione che potrebbe essere deludente rispetto alle vostre aspettative e target.

The apartment is fine if you don't have to stay there during the day because it's very dark. The kitchen corner is useful for breakfast but there is not enough to prepare meals. However, a microwave is missing.
Other than that, the apartment is functional and the owner gave us very good tips to visit Venice in a limited time. I recommend.

Small apartment provided with the necessary. Very characteristic and convenient to services. The owner is kind and helpful. I point out the stairs to access the apartment which can be a bit uncomfortable for those with leg issues (like me).

Mi permetto solo di dire che sono 12 gradini altrimenti chissà cosa possono pensare gli altri ospiti, in ogni caso comprendo chi ha qualche difficoltà anche pochi scalini possono diventare un problema.
