Ll Vicolo placed in an ancient building in the town center, consists of 35, 45 and 80 square meters apartments. They all equipped with kitchen, sitting room, bedroom, private bathroom and include all facilities: Tv SAT, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, independent heating, microwave, refrigerator.

Valet service and baggage room.

ll Vicolo is in a strategyc zone: in the center but in a very quiet area.

Few minutes walking to Giulietta's house, Arena di Verona, Roman Theater and Ponte Pietra, Piazza delle Erbe.

Within 50 meters: pharmacy, Central Post Office, Newspaper Kiosk, Tabac, Market, Bakery, Pastry shop, Restaurants and pizzeria..

Central train station "Verona Porta Nuova" at 2, 5 km.

Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00

A charming apartment just steps from Ponte Nuovo outside the historic center. Located in a quiet small street with bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is renovated and in very good condition. The host is very welcoming, helpful and very responsive as he lives in one of the apartments. The only things to be aware of are that the bathroom is rather small and there is no oven in the kitchen, although there is a microwave and a stove.

Hello, I had the pleasure of meeting Mathia, the owner of this splendid establishment, located in a strategic position to explore and visit this beautiful city, Verona. Unfortunately, I was only there for a day for work reasons, but I would have loved to stay longer. As they say, a good morning can be seen from the morning and indeed, from the very beginning, Mathia showed unique courtesy and availability! I could define everything with a single adjective... A very pleasant and cozy place, the manager prepared a map for us with all the places of interest to visit in Verona and areas where to eat, he also cared at all times if our stay was pleasant and if we needed anything, he allowed us to leave our luggage there during the last day when leaving the accommodation, simply wonderful and like being at home, thank you very much Mathia!

Mathia was a very sympathetic and supportive host. He provided us a variety of suggestions for restaurants, cafes, and other nice places in the city.
