Our holiday home is located in a peaceful area, offering a splendid panoramic view in the semi-central area of San Pietro di Cadore. "Apartments and Rooms in the Dolomites" is a hospitable and meticulous establishment.
Travelers staying with us can attend cultural events and exhibitions.
In close proximity to our property, guests will find ski slopes for all snow and winter sports enthusiasts.
During the summer months, easily reachable destinations on foot include Valle di San Pietro, the sea, Presenaio, and for the more experienced, Costalta and Val Visdende.
In the area, there are numerous commercial activities such as pharmacies, newsstands, grocery stores, fruit/vegetable shops, vegetarian and vegan products, gluten-free products, florists, hardware stores, and household goods.
Our residence is the perfect location for families on the go who will feel right at home, as well as for nature and tranquility lovers seeking an escape from the city.
We provide our clients with a kitchenette, exclusive rooms and bathroom, heated environments, free entry and exit, parking space, and a large terrace, depending on the type of accommodation available.
In our accommodations, guests will find hairdryers and televisions.

We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment to ensure a healthy environment for everyone, including those who come after you.
The managers speak Italian, English, French, and German fluently.

The flat is located in the very lovely green area of the Dolomites surrounded by beautiful hiking trails, great pictures. There are many nature walks, rock climbing, skiing and ice skating in season. We're 10 minutes drive from Sappada or Val Visdende, 15 minutes from Auronzo, 30 min. from Misurina and 40 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo.
What I can offer you are two different flats of about 45/50 sqm suitable for 2 up to 6 guests. + 2 extra bedrooms each one with private Bathroom. View from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. Very cozy and well equipped you should find everything you need. If you smoke, we ask that you please do so outdoor.
We are pet friendly.
We expect only that you treat our home as your own and leave it as you found it.
I do not live on the property but my parents do. You may always contact them or me by telephone should you have questions or concerns. I live very close.

The managers of the site should visit the room that was given to us to evaluate if it deserves to be included in the offers (difficult access, uncomfortable and creaky beds, blinds without built-in roller shutter).

Excellent location very close to the trails for trekking, walks, shelters, alpine dairies. The owners are very kind and helpful, Mrs. Angelina is adorable! Spacious room with a nice bathroom and a large entrance corridor. Quiet, double windows in the room overlooking the garden with ducks and geese and in the background the river and the high Dolomites. Nearby there is a very charming village square with a hotel restaurant and a bar. I will definitely come back!

The structure has an excellent location for hiking in Val Comelico, and it is only 10 minutes away from Sappada and Auronzo di Cadore. Mrs. Ivana is a very helpful and kind host. We will definitely come back!

Quiet, welcoming and very clean place. With a view of the Piave river and very close to Sappada, Piave springs and Val Comelico. Great as a starting point for excursions. Hosts are truly welcoming and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights in August to visit the magnificent Dolomites and Ivana's apartment is truly strategic: just a few minutes from Sappada and Val Visdende and an hour from Lake Braies. All accompanied by a wonderful view from the window, tranquillity and kindness prevail. We enjoyed it so much that we tried to extend our stay but unfortunately everything was already fully booked. We will definitely meet again.

We stayed in the large apartment on the top floor with a spectacular 360° view of the surrounding mountains. The welcome was top-notch, Mrs. Ivana was always very helpful. The apartment is very nice, spacious, and bright, equipped with all the comforts (washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, etc.). At night, we slept peacefully, without any noise. Thanks again for the lovely week spent, we highly recommend it.

We spent 10 days in July at the Apartments and Rooms in the Dolomites. The professionalism and human warmth of Ivana, Angelina, and Olivo immediately put us at ease. At the end of the day - after long and beautiful walks in Val Visdende or following the many other naturalistic paths of the surrounding area - for functionality, cleanliness, and the splendid view of the Dolomites, we invariably felt the pleasant sensation of 'coming home'. We stayed for a week with the whole family (2 adults and two children aged 3 and 5). The apartment is very spacious: there are 2 very spacious, truly comfortable and clean bedrooms. As well as the bathroom equipped with a washing machine (very quiet by the way). The fully equipped kitchen is very comfortable for cooking (complete with a large fridge) and a very useful microwave! The view from all the windows of the apartment is excellent: enchanting in the morning, dreamy at sunset, and romantic in the evening! The isolation between one apartment and the others is perfect: no noises are perceived. The apartment is in a strategic position that allows you to reach places like S. Stefano, Auronzo, Sappada, San Candido, Dobbiaco, not to mention the nearby Val Visdende (ideal for excursions even with children e.g. the path of the centuries-old trees...). We received an excellent welcome from the owner Mrs. Ivana. Upon our arrival, in addition to a delicious welcome gift of typical local chocolate biscuits, we found informative material on the cultural and folk events of the area during our stay, which gave us the opportunity for more than a few occasions. Mrs. Ivana has always been available and warm towards us and ready to satisfy our every request. We highly recommend it..we will definitely be back!

I am happy to write these lines because Mrs. Ivana's availability was top-notch, the apartment is in a beautiful location, clean, comfortable, and suitable for families.
I reiterate that the friendliness and welcome were excellent, a shame about the little snow during our stay, but we will definitely come back.
The apartment is in my opinion a strategic point, a few kilometers from Sappada, Santo Stefano di Cadore, and Auronzo, in my opinion strategic also for the summer period and close to beautiful views and one of the most beautiful valleys ever: Val Visdende.
Thank you Mrs. Ivana and we will definitely see each other again!
