Our holiday home is located in a peaceful area, offering a splendid panoramic view in the semi-central area of San Pietro di Cadore. "Apartments and Rooms in the Dolomites" is a hospitable and meticulous establishment.
Travelers staying with us can attend cultural events and exhibitions.
In close proximity to our property, guests will find ski slopes for all snow and winter sports enthusiasts.
During the summer months, easily reachable destinations on foot include Valle di San Pietro, the sea, Presenaio, and for the more experienced, Costalta and Val Visdende.
In the area, there are numerous commercial activities such as pharmacies, newsstands, grocery stores, fruit/vegetable shops, vegetarian and vegan products, gluten-free products, florists, hardware stores, and household goods.
Our residence is the perfect location for families on the go who will feel right at home, as well as for nature and tranquility lovers seeking an escape from the city.
We provide our clients with a kitchenette, exclusive rooms and bathroom, heated environments, free entry and exit, parking space, and a large terrace, depending on the type of accommodation available.
In our accommodations, guests will find hairdryers and televisions.

We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment to ensure a healthy environment for everyone, including those who come after you.
The managers speak Italian, English, French, and German fluently.

The flat is located in the very lovely green area of the Dolomites surrounded by beautiful hiking trails, great pictures. There are many nature walks, rock climbing, skiing and ice skating in season. We're 10 minutes drive from Sappada or Val Visdende, 15 minutes from Auronzo, 30 min. from Misurina and 40 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo.
What I can offer you are two different flats of about 45/50 sqm suitable for 2 up to 6 guests. + 2 extra bedrooms each one with private Bathroom. View from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. Very cozy and well equipped you should find everything you need. If you smoke, we ask that you please do so outdoor.
We are pet friendly.
We expect only that you treat our home as your own and leave it as you found it.
I do not live on the property but my parents do. You may always contact them or me by telephone should you have questions or concerns. I live very close.

The managers of the site should visit the room that was given to us to evaluate if it deserves to be included in the offers (difficult access, uncomfortable and creaky beds, blinds without built-in roller shutter).

Excellent location very close to the trails for trekking, walks, shelters, alpine dairies. The owners are very kind and helpful, Mrs. Angelina is adorable! Spacious room with a nice bathroom and a large entrance corridor. Quiet, double windows in the room overlooking the garden with ducks and geese and in the background the river and the high Dolomites. Nearby there is a very charming village square with a hotel restaurant and a bar. I will definitely come back!

Come avrà notato sul sito, la nostra struttura ha ottenuto anche nel 2021, grazie alle numerose recensioni positive, un giudizio complessivo di 9.2 su 10. Io e mia sorella Sonia gestiamo la struttura da alcuni anni cercando di farlo nel migliore dei modi. Se qualcosa ci é sfuggito, ci scusiamo. The structure has an excellent location for hiking in Val Comelico, and it is only 10 minutes away from Sappada and Auronzo di Cadore. Mrs. Ivana is a very helpful and kind host. We will definitely come back!

Quiet, welcoming and very clean place. With a view of the Piave river and very close to Sappada, Piave springs and Val Comelico. Great as a starting point for excursions. Hosts are truly welcoming and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in agosto per visitare le magnifiche Dolomiti e l’appartamento di Ivana è veramente strategico: a pochi minuti da Sappada e la Val Visdende ed a un’oretta dal Lago di Braies. Il tutto accompagnato da una vista meravigliosa dalla finestra, tranquillità e gentilezza la fanno da padroni. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo provato ad allungare il soggiorno ma purtroppo per noi era già tutto prenotato. Ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole con splendida vista sulle imponenti montagne del Cadore.
I gestori sono persone squisite, il paesello è vicinissimo a Sappada che offre moltissimo per chi ama le escursioni in alta montagna.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell' appartamento grande all' ultimo piano con vista spettacolare a 360° sulle montagne circostanti.
L' accoglienza è stata al top, la Sig. Ivana è stata sempre disponibilissima.
L' appartamento è molto bello spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice, wi-fi, tv phon etc) la notte poi si dormiva tranquilli senza il minimo rumore.
Grazie ancora per la bella settimana passata, lo consigliamo vivamente.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni a luglio presso questo accogliente appartamento. La professionalità e il calore umano di Ivana, Angelina e Olivo ci hanno messi immediatamente a nostro agio. A fine giornata - dopo lunghe e bellissime passeggiate in Val Visdende o seguendo i tanti altri percorsi naturalistici del territorio circostante - per funzionalità, pulizia e la splendida vista sulle Dolomiti, abbiamo immancabilmente avvertito la piacevole sensazione di "ritornare a casa". Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con tutta la famiglia (2 adulti e due bambini di 3 e 5 anni).
L'appartamento è molto ampio: vi sono 2 camere da letto molto spaziose, veramente comode e pulite.
Così come il bagno dotato anche di lavatrice (tra l'altro silenziosissima). La cucina abitabile super attrezzata e molto comoda anche per cucinare (completa di un frigo grande) e utilissimo microonde!
Ottimo il panorama che si può ammirare da tutte le finestre dell'appartamento, veramente suggestivo: inebriante il mattino, sognante al tramonto e romantico la sera!
L'isolamento tra un appartamento e gli altri è perfetto: non si percepiscono rumori.
L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere in breve tempo località come S. Stefano, Auronzo, Sappada, San Candido, Dobbiaco, per non parlare della vicina Val Visdende (ideale per escursioni anche con bambini ad. es. il sentiero degli alberi secolari...).
Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza dalla titolare signora Ivana. Al ns. arrivo oltre ad un delizioso regalo di benvenuto dei tipici biscotti al cioccolato
del luogo abbiamo trovato del materiale illustrativo sulle manifestazioni culturali e folkloristiche del luogo nel periodo della ns. permanenza, che ci ha dato lo spunto per più di qualche occasione. La signora Ivana si è dimostrata sempre disponibile e calorosa nei nostri confronti e pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta.
Lo consigliamo vivamente..ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Scrivo volentieri queste righe perché la disponibilità della signora Ivana è stata al top, appartamento in posizione bellissima, pulito, confortevole e adatto a famiglie.
Ribadisco la cordialità e l'accoglienza sono state ottime, peccato la poca neve (del periodo) ma sicuramente ritorneremo.
L'appartamento poi si trova a mio avviso un punto strategico, pochi chilometri da Sappada, Santo stefano di Cadore e Auronzo, secondo me strategico anche per il periodo estivo e vicino a panorami bellissimo ed a una delle valli più belle in assoluto: Val Visdende.

L'alloggio è soleggiato e panoramico, oltre che accogliente, molto pulito e organizzato.
La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda e strategica per chi intende fare escursioni nei bellissimi dintorni.

Appartamento ottimo per due persone. Pulito, buona accoglienza, posizione silenziosa fuori dalla via principale ma comoda per andare a visitare le bellezze dei luoghi. Unico neo: scarni gli utensili in cucina.
