Excellent newly built property in the center of Negrar with the hospital reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Giusy is a fantastic woman, very helpful and kind. The breakfast is good, but obviously due to COVID, fresh pastries are not available, even though she provided them for us on the first day. The savory option is missing, although I am not a fan. The cleanliness is ok.

Recently renovated structure, very clean and welcoming. In an excellent central location and easy to reach. Very kind and helpful owner. Rooms equipped with all services and extremely clean. Welcoming environment and attention to the smallest details.

The structure of Per se is very nice, all new, clean and well furnished. The only flaw, there is no bidet, we are in Italy and I expect to find it in a new structure that offers rooms with private bathrooms. The breakfast was nothing special, all packaged, no fresh croissants or bakery products. Overall, the experience was not bad, but far from my expectations. I must add that for several days my emails did not receive a response, I had to call to get the information I was looking for. If they do not respond to emails, it is better to remove the address from the contacts and leave only the cell phone number.
