The host Antonella and Jessica, including the housekeeping and breakfast staff, are very very helpful, kind, and pleasant! Antonella went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us. The place is clean, safe, comfortable, and centrally located to the city. If I could make a suggestion, the wifi access is flaky/weak. It could use improvement. I definitely would recommend this place, and we are looking forward to staying here on our future trip to Verona! Thank you so much! Helen. USA.

Excellent location for walking around, right in the center. Room was quite cute, a bit dusty, and annoying issues with the boiler inside the room (very noisy boiler, couldn't sleep). We had to turn it off. Non-existent elevator, only a small goods lift. Really poor breakfast (considering the room price), not even a croissant or a pastry. A seriously bad coffee (dirty water) and if you want coffee with milk, you can't have a separate coffee. The manager is kind, but if there are no other guests arriving, they won't even allow you to leave your luggage there for a few hours before departure (after returning the keys), and if it's raining and you're not in a car but by train (as we always do everywhere). Kindness and courtesy, yes, but unfortunately "halfway".

Per le valigie, le ricordiamo che la nostra struttura è un B&B e non un hotel dove il servizio bagagli è facoltativo. Per quanto riguarda il giudizio sulla colazione le ricordiamo che la stessa viene servita a buffet (caffè, latte, the, succo d'arancia, nutella, 2 tipi di pane, fette biscottate, 3 tipi di cereali, 4 tipi di brioche, biscotti, 2 tipi di formaggio, torte, prosciutto, salame, mortadella, 2 tipi di yogurt, frutta fresca, 2 tipi di marmellate e burro). I can only give many compliments for everything! The room was nothing short of beautiful, fragrant and very clean, splendid furnishings, new and spotless facilities. Everything is full of classy details and comfort. The breakfast room is also a gem from another era. Delicious and welcoming, it allows guests to enjoy an excellent breakfast, served by very kind staff. Well done truly! You made our stay in Verona even more special!
